Half hour in and very little about mobile home parks, but will hang on as really value Brandon’s advice! Over an hour in and still very little on mobile home parks! Definitely poorly/inaccurately titled, but an excellent broadcast with a lot of valuable actionable advice. Well worth the listen!

Is it recommended to get a realestate license to really understand the nitty gritty of the deals? Or just jump in and get going?
