Thoroughly enjoy you two! I'm at home caring for my 22-year-old son who struggles with life (29 brain surgeries, so medically and emotionally fragile) and my 83-year-old mother who has dementia, and who, until recently, was my support. Soo, you take me with you everywhere you go. I'm going to buy a backpack for my own selfish reasons which is to help keep your channel going! Thanks..xx
7:00 what a nice transition from the car to the drone. Watched it several times. And the Fiat 500 ride is a must do, also in Toscane. Love the way you take us with you on trip(ped).
A Vespa scooter is definitely the way to go! For the exact reasons you pointed out - parking and getting around traffic. Did that about 20 years ago and it is still one of the highlights of my travel life (80+ countries visited now).
So pleasant to watch. Love your upbeat and playful tone. Great camera work too. My husband and I have done this trip as well as Hwy 1 along the Calif coast. Love costal drives!
Oh my nothing like driving an unfamiliar stick shift on crazy, skinny roads! Did that in Scotland - eek. Beautifully done - love the Tripped Backpack "ad" in the middle!
I learned to drive a manual car in the swiss alps which is not easy. I was 16 and my dad was a great teacher and ever so patient. Thanks again for your videos. Cheers 🥂
Thank you so much for this awesome video. Your videos really make my day. Tim, you did great pushing those 17 hp up the hills and Fin, your meal was to die for. I love Italy and can't wait to go there again. Hugs and thanks.
Awesome vlog, visited there back in 2014 with Wife, Mother in-law and 2 daughters. We stayed in the cute little house with mural painted on the side at 8:16, fantastic views. From Positano we ferried across to Salerno rented a car and drove South to Matera then down to Tropea and into Sicily Taormina and finally Palermo, can never get enough of Italy!
What can say but you guys. The vlog was stunning . One of the prettiest coasts in the world. It brings back old memories from when I was there four years ago. It never gets old. Great stuff guys. Hope , Pepper was enjoying it too. Sending you lots of love 😍😍😍 Harriet and Jim. Richmond, Va.
We drove these same roads over the course of three days while staying in Amalfi this September, alas, looking nowhere as cool as you do :-) You guys should be on Italian travel postcards or something.
Always worth making the trip to Armando's for lunch or dinner. We were once fortunate enough to eat with the family and staff after closing. Magnificent.
Brilliant, loved it! the footage is stunning, as is the coastline. It must get very hard to incorporate all the excellent work you both do to bring us these images, and to truly take in the surrounding beauty as well.
It is stunning, I was there in August 2018 and it was so crowded, so many cars, bikes and busses. I loved it and hope one day to go back there . We were lucky enough to stay in Sorento for a week and did day trips . Just beautiful
Hi guys great video nicely done as always miss your videos been long time thank you again for all the hard work. I am glad you had a great time. Lots good information.❤🦋🦋🌞🌞
Great episode! I especially like the '70s theme music at the start. Right on! And I really appreciate that you took Pepper with you on the trick. Our pets are part if the family too and should be able to soak up these experiences also.
We took a bus to the coast as recommended, the car does sound like a lawnmower...grin...Positano is a fab place...and just ordered a Tripped backpack!!! Cheers!!
What a fun video , Fin you should be in the movies 👏👏🥰🥰 loved this video 💖 I was fortunate to th do the road to Hana in Hawaii, but doubt if I’ll ever make it to Amalfi coast ! AWSOME place. Love the tiny cat / Lawn mower 😜
BRAVISSIMI!!! Brings back soo many great memories, we drove the opposite way from Salerno to Amalfi in July and in Renault Espace - yes it was very interesting - good thing I LOVE driving and had an absolute blast! Next time we are definitely going topless in a 124 Spider. You got a new Sub ;) Ciao.
With a delay, I casually watched this video. You did a great travel report. I hope you have had a great vacation in Italy, with all these wonderful places to visit, and typically Italian foods to enjoy. An excellent choice, driving an old Fiat 500: on these narrow streets, it remains the most suitable car for driving. And an excellent choice of the driver, to drive barefoot: in this way you get much more feeling, especially with an old car, where feeling the clutch, especially if you are not used to driving a manual, is easier. Some people, in the comments of this video, have criticized driving barefoot, while I (I'm Italian, and I know these old cars well), I prefer to drive barefoot. And the Italian highway code allows it.
What a great video! Definitely one of the best of you. Thank you so much dear friend! Best weekend present ever! Great! Great! Great job!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Fin my boyfriend is from Bari %100 Italian with two masters degrees there. He said your Italian was very good. I thought you should know! I am very proud of you and Tim and Pepper. All my love from New York City!! As of now.
Brilliant, enjoyed your video. Tim you would have enjoyed driving the Cincento much better with shoes on. They are fun city car to drive. You would have loved a Fiat 126 with the 650cc engine.
Beautiful...loved this much better that the Monte Carlo....way more you're style as with all your driving..Vietnam, Road to Hana, and this The Best💛💙💚💜🧡🤍💓❣️💝💖❤️💕💗♥️💞
😅😅😅 this video made me remember when I was learning how to drive a manual transmission old jeep in NY 😁 awesome video guys and that transition was gorgeous.
NIce vlog! One question though...how did you manage to stop to fly the drone to follow you and then stop again to land it??? That's the question that was on my mind when I saw those beautiful shots. Well done
You guys are cool, travelling by car on the Amalfi Coast gave me nausea (and normally I don't have any issues), so I had to switch to travelling by boat... I got tired of having a queasy stomach for like an hour after getting out of the car. Luckily for me I was there in October so it wasn't too crowded... And also had a beautiful vacation in Capri.
the Fiat 500 with it's 17 horsepower on those narrow coastal road must have tested your patience but the scenery and the food made up for it for sure . By the way Fin looked like a real Italian signora that Sophia Loren used to play in the movies .
Thoroughly enjoy you two! Way too much information about you 🤷🏽♀️
@@kimberlygray699You just told everyone way more about you than her great story did. Be better, lady.

Ahhhh, this takes me back! 😍I loved my trip to Italy and the architecture of the Amalfi Coast is hard to beat!!

Best travel vlog!
Wow. Wonderful. Like it.
One question, does the poodle 🐩 come with the fiat rental?
I felt bad for your discomfort about climbing that hill after enjoying a lot of Italian food, but that's how I eat Italian....all of it 😋 😅
The Amalfi coast looks wonderful 😍 and the car is so cute! 😂

My brain (and fear of heights) was not ready for that epic pan up from the car to the Amalfi Coast drone shot! Beautiful transition and footage!
Amazing place ,I rode my motorcycle there a few years ago
i started following you guys after the Banff & Alaska road trip. Amazing to see how far you've come! Congrats
sooo beautiful...curious, how do you get to take Pepper everywhere?? is she a device animal?? is it hard?
Wonderful! Great footage - how do you do it? And terrific chemistry between you both. Love Pepper!

Thanks for taking the risks and diving into this lifestyle.
Someday, I'd love to do the same!
I'm getting motion sickness watching the drive through traffic. LOL. Keep up the great content and details of things

How much was the car rental for a day?
Absolutely Positively fantastic 👍👍👍👍
Great video thanks. I’m going to Praiano in June…I think I’ll be taking the bus. 😅

Nice!! Am really loving this new bucket list strategy. Laughed every time we saw Tim's bare feet shifting - we assume his shoes didn't fit. 😂😂😂
He just likes to drive barefoot 😂
I just did this drive! Almost a year after you guys and it was definitely one of the highlights of my life :)
Brilliant, enjoyed your video. Tim you would have enjoyed driving the Cincento much better with shoes on. They are fun city car to drive.
You would have loved a Fiat 126 with the 650cc engine.
Do you think this is advised in a normal car mid September? Really debating if we should try the drive
Captivating and so fun to watsh!
Beautiful...loved this much better that the Monte Carlo....way more you're style as with all your driving..Vietnam, Road to Hana, and this The Best💛💙💚💜🧡🤍💓❣️💝💖❤️💕💗♥️💞
