This is The Fellowship we all knew and loved. Even until this day I love the Fellowship of the days of Pastor Evans. How I misses him
I still have my robes, like I can really fit them...20plus years later..lol memories in this choir since 13..now at 45..I cherish each moment, tour we did, services .OMG!
I spent the first 40 years of my life in Chicago at church like this & I take that singing with me every where I go. For the rest of my Life I will praise the Lord!! Amen & Amen ❤

OMG Trevon Dawson!!! You've got me living a dream!!! This is one of the nights that I tuned in over radio station WCFL. I got the radio signal all the way here in Maryland. Mother York introduced the beautiful June Brown with a smile in her voice and June walked that song!!! Then Reverend Evans put the icing on the cake!!! The night the " From the Ship" album was recorded. This is the same service!!!! Thank you for making my dream come true. If I don't get anything for my Birthday next Wednesday. This is all I need!!!! I'm gonna serve him!!

This is a trip down memory lane. I have the album this song is on. What year is this? I'm guessing 1987 or 1988. The murals on the back of the choir box walls had not been installed yet.
I'm going to say 1987.
I would imagine, because this was being recorded for an album, and the fact that the album that features this song was not released until 1987, this recording was done sometime in 1986

He said this was the 14th song so was the album from the ship and also he’ll be there the same night two different recordings two different years when it was published but this has happened on other gospel artists as well did merged one recording in one night and separated into two albums two different years is that what happened
Then again it could be the recording. Just some of her parts was taken out and replaced on the finished product

Yes, this song was featured on their 1987 album "From The Ship". And on that very same album, they also recorded "Jesus, What A Companion"
It might have been the same night. And did this song twice. Also keep in mind. On the taping the cd it’s self. There’s added music overdubs. Ect. However. I listen to both. And the placement is different. It’s not the same. However it could be the same day. / week. Ect
They didn’t do the same song twice that night... Adding music overdubs was easy to do back then but overdub vocals on a live recording was not a big thing back then u would’ve heard the original recording underneath the overdubs if they did that... It’s the same day yes not the same service however
@@TrevonDawson Does Ross thoughts but what I did was I listened to the actual recording audio to heal with the drummer was doing and what he was doing on the video itself and it’s completely different
