MY ACL JOURNEY AS A COLLEGE ATHLETE

In this vid, I take you through my progress 6 months into my ACL rehab journey. This injury has given me the opportunity to connect with so many others who have gone through similar situations and has taught me how to overcome adversity. I have learned to work hard to prove to myself and everyone else that I won't be defined by injury.
