I had a sleep paralysis episode years ago, the dream was very vibrant, as if I was awake in the room that I was sleeping in. A being was outside the door asking telepathically if it could come in. After agreeing, a dream within a dream occurred, still vibrant, but slightly different, and then another. I have also had what we call 'false awakenings', which means that you wake up from a dream and you really feel like you are waking up in this realm, but you notice something is slightly off and then you really wake up (very trippy). I have never experienced a Being asking if they could come in my space, but I have experienced different Beings and entities in different ways - I have also telepathically communicated. The only time I experienced any sense of panic, was a time I had a spontaneous astral projection experience, and I couldn't sense my physical body but of course, I made it back.

28:28 - I used to get sleep paralysis as a youngster. I was always fully aware that I could not move, but never really felt that I was out of my body. I would lay there and think to myself "If I could just move my finger I would break the spell and be able to have mobility again". I can't remember if I feared it, but I know that I never panicked. I can confirm religious people see what they have stored. As I was never religious and new at a young age it was just a book made by humans yes it can be used for good but most aren't. In one of my experiences I did ayahuasca I had an amazing journey going within and got to communicate with a being of light a floating head in the realm of light it was beautiful. But 2 seats away was a religious Christian and they had the worst experience they said they were stuck at the gates of heaven. They were rolling around on the ground crying and laughing it was disturbing for the rest of the group but our shaman was great and had to do some deep healing with her. If we are given access to information I am always very cautious. But once you understand yourself you can feel the truth and the lies are easily detected. 28:28 - I used to get sleep paralysis as a youngster. I was always fully aware that I could not move, but never really felt that I was out of my body. I would lay there and think to myself "If I could just move my finger I would break the spell and be able to have mobility again". I can't remember if I feared it, but I know that I never panicked.

I can confirm religious people see what they have stored. As I was never religious and new at a young age it was just a book made by humans yes it can be used for good but most aren't. In one of my experiences I did ayahuasca I had an amazing journey going within and got to communicate with a being of light a floating head in the realm of light it was beautiful. Here I would like to inject the teachings of Bagwaan Osho Rasjneesh. Who provoked but also cleared the path. Love is about being free. And taking responsibility for that.
