i would say ballroom, even if it’s not a fancy design, because coming from an artistic swimmer we put our hair in a really tight bun and knox it. also she is pulling on it so it’ll that means it is flexible enough, meaning it has to be gel.
Swimming, since for ballroom it would be a more delicate pattern for the hair, also she doesnt have any fake tan on, and ballroom usually makes you do that

i dated a synchro coach and dealt with this nightmare. its called KNOX gelatin … hot water and soap breaks it down. like sit with in a chair at sink yoga positions. very annoying. theres solution for it too. apparently its better than having your hair pulled back to death for entire day or weekend.
