I think a hobbywing fusion pro (2300) would be great for it! It's got great slow crawl and plenty of top end. Plus it's motor esc combo for $150! Saves space and works great.
The buggy is coming along great. I’m doing some Tonka conversions there’s a lot of trial and errors but it’s fun and relaxing. One of these days I’m gonna do a long wheel base mud bogger from scratch plan on big power to sling some mud and not just flip over backwards
Great vid can't wait for the next update, the buggy looks great Especially the front end! tell me about that heat we've been in the 90's with 60-70% humidity here in Colorado I feel ya brother. Thanks for sharing.
Today was the first walk behind for a cage buggy I have been working on for a while. My approach to building is different to yours but hopefully we get the same enjoyment from driving home built rc . Thanks for sharing your journey. Mid winter in Australia.
I have learned that everyone has their own approach to building. But for me, it is all about the enjoyment after. It could be made of wood as long as you enjoy it!!
Exactly what the hobby is about having fun and making friends doing it, everyone called me crazy for making a trx4 blazer into a drag truck but it launches like crazy and will do 38mph currently
Every episode I hear about people trying to tell him how he need to do stuff. You keyboard jockeys that can barely build a though open up your own UA-cam channel call Anal RC only by the rules. Let this man build what he wants to build he is amazing and has far more Talent than most all of us and the BOLTS to put it online so you people can ridicule him all day long. Keep doing what you're doing brother love your content love your builds I have learned a lot of stuff from you.
Dude that's a awesome looking buggy , what do you think about the tires you put on there , I've looked at them many times and never pulled the trigger , great vid as usual
Thank you very much!! I like them so far. They feel good and I can't wait to try them out to see how they do. It will be on video so you'll be able to see before you pull the trigger
I like it can’t wait to build a truck I’m saving up right now. I’m building a boat trailer right now for a buddy so we will see how it turns out. My first one
That looks awesome, ive watched a few of your builds now and ive been waiting for a rock buggy, you are nailing it!! You never disappoint! Keep it up dude! From south west tip of the uk, love the channel.
I need to get back to my 1/9 scale Stubby Bob. I got the chassis put together and found wheels to make the wheelbase match, but now it's time for a custom cab build and that's intense. Maybe I should 3D print the cab instead of doing a styrene build...
Not a fan of comp rules. I built a redcat gen 7 on Capra axles, rear Capra links. A bunch of random other crap I managed to make work. Hit lines with a guy driving a lcg rig and kept right up. Even hit a climb he couldn't. And I'm running stock gen 7 frame, no cuts no extra drilling nothing.
Love your videos.
another awesome build and video.
Man, now I gotta go build something! You motivated me,.......again. Thank you!
I turned my SCX6 into a buggy and I regret nothing (except how much it cost, heh). Really love seeing how this one is coming out!
I really wanna see your buggy lol, an scx6?? That's crazy bro. What gauge material did you use?
4:17 Sick how you broke that down. Feel the same way!!
(This is my version of having fun)
That would be a cool slogan or shirt.
Love it! 20 lbs. or 5 lbs, if you love the hobby, keep doing what you’re doing

Ya I am leaning towards that one. I have had good luck with them so far.

I think the trx4 is now more fun and ridiculous now that its is fast. It can still crawl, just a bit faster haha

Comp rigs are annoying and so is SORRCA. Like you can only buy a dirt bike that Jeremy McGrath rode 😂 right.
3.5 mins in and noooo that front end is not looking good?
