I loved all the fresh flowers they're beautiful I do that when my flowers are in bloom in the summer the beginning of Summer and stuff my roses I put them all over the house like that in beautiful containers like you have yours with fresh baby's breath from outside too cuz there's a bush of baby breath outside too so hopefully they're as beautiful this year as they were last year when they come out oh and the smell of roses in the backyard in the summer is so good it just smells beautiful and then to bring them in the house it smells even more beautiful

I love this decorated home too. BUT.....wondering WHY are all the books shown backwards so that you cannot see the binding? I've seen this on other decorator shows as well. It seems strange. How does a person know which book to choose when you cannot see the bindings. WHO DOES THIS IN REAL LIFE????
...I'm sure it just for staging purposes, and, also in Feng Shui ,they often put the books that way. I prefer them with the spine outwards, as well.
Agreed. Looks good but seems disingenuous somehow. Either you love books or you don't. Plus even from a decorating standpoint I love seeing what books people have. Funny how the interiors I love the most have same books as me, go figure! Having said that I adore this space! Just the right amount of fancy and cozy, perfect!

Paint the bed grey. All the other parts of the set use Annie Sloane paint colours. Spread them around. Not too matchy matchy.
