Truly an inviting Design and wonderful color pallet . I would even like to have a “portion” of it in my home.
However, this didn’t feel like a home rather, it felt like a Showroom for purchase. I am a Licensed Interior Designer & I’ve never seen even the greatest and most pensive Homes “Over Stuffed” on the walls and in every room! Take half of it out and you would still have an incredible and more serene home.
The Color Pallet is Truly an Inviting Choice. However, I don’t know a single designer who would over stuff and overcrowd the home as this one has been done. Where do you look for designing a home is BALANCE- in color, texture, repetition and so forth… (7 elements of Design). When you have a balance you have harmony. My eyes didn’t know where to look or rest because everything was from floor to ceiling packed in within inches of each other. I don’t mean to be harsh, because the serenity was found in your color palette and the music. Nobody can live this way who had a family or a pet. You couldn’t ever just let your hair down and relax because you be looking for the next thing to buy and add to the chaos. More is not better and as an art teacher told me years ago, simplicity is a virtue. This home needs simplicity.
