Does the ct125 provide a better or worse trail ride experience than a dual-sport?

That all depends. The trail 125 don’t have much power and won’t got as fast as a dual sport. Also it don’t have the power to climb the big hills like a dual sport does. If the trails are extremely rough, the trail 125 don’t have much suspension like a dual sport.
As for casual trails and if you don’t plan to go fast, the trail 125 is super fun and safe. The trail 125 does good on gravel and if you get into trouble, the trail 125 is not nearly as tall and easy to put your feet down and not fall over.
