(RFS) Film Noir Type Thing

RFS = Really Freaking Small
A small little scenebuild with some early animation (and tons of Dutch Angles) that I may choose to do things with. In fact, I will do stuff with this. It's too cool to ignore like everything else I do.
...I would make a terrible father figure.
