HikVision IP Video Intercom- How to Setup Door Unlock Password and opening the door with keypad

You can set up a unlock password to the Hikvision IP video intercom with the keypad module.
Add the device to ivms42000-- goto remote configuration-- Permission Password-- enter the password.
Door Unlock format example: *#123456#

Please Note: Turn ON the Dip Switch behind the keypad module, if not Works.
For Two Modules: Turn ON Dip Switch Switch NO.1
For Three Modules: Turn ON Dip Switch Switch NO.1 for the Second module and Dip Switch Switch NO.2 for the third module

What is the default password of the Door Station module to add it to the IVMS? I never managed to add it or configure it. Thank you!

Hello,
How can I use the PIN Code (Access Control > Person > Edit Person > Access Control > Pin Code) to open the door please?
The Access Group is assigned properly (because the RFID cards work properly), but it's not possible to open the door with this PIN Code (on top of the 3 "Public Passwords" and just 1 "Unlocking Password" of each monitor). Thank you

currently only permission password option is available in video intercom.
For pincode for each person, you have to use acccess control terminal

Try to upgrade the firmware to the latest version. Also use the latest version iVMS4200 Software
