All videos and all tips doesn’t work with me, I just take the name and model of wireless which is intel wireless-AC-9560, in my case and search for the driver in intel website not in my laptop company, for sure i use another device to download driver, then I copy driver on flash > my laptop > install like any normal program installation, problem solve. “ That was my experience with this problem “

Do the first steps he tells you I had the same issue and after nothing worked I restarted the commection waited for it to restart and shut down then I held the power button for 15 seconds :/

For me I found random comment that was hold the power button till it turns off wait three mins then it will work. Fixed it for me

For me I the only way I found to work is if u hold down the power button, wait for three minutes, then turn back on
