For those who are still using these, here is a pro tip: just scratch the bottom golden part of the TWS with a sharp object until you see some white scratches. Mine worked like a charm.
I had the same problem with my left earbud. I cleaned with alcohol but that didn't work. I then used a pin to scratch the surface of the two metal connectors at the bottom of the earbud and it started to charge again. I guess all that salt from my sweat corroded the connectors so much that alcohol would not clean it or maybe it made a barrier that could not be cleaned off. It was still a shiny gold color when it stopped working.
i have a set with same problem. was replaced free after contracting anker, and second pair have held up so far (periodic use, probably been 9 months or so now). anyway, ive swapped buds and cases around trying to pinpoint the actual problem. good set charges fine in the bad sets' case. bad set have the same issues in the good sets' case. --> long and short of it is that the problem lies with the faulty earbud itself, not the case. i suspect the battery in one side, or contacts, or circuitry, inside the faulty unit is the root of the problem.
For what they cost I don’t tend to complain. But I’m thinking the magnet that holds them down is messed up because some days only the left will charge some days only the right works. I clean the magnet with alcohol and it’s charge fine for a few days then mess up again. I love the headphones.
same issue with liberty air 2, i bougtht them reniewed so they gave me only 3 month warranty , so there was nothing i can do... the sound of these pair is awesome but this issues make me think is not for free
hey all , i found a solution for this and i think it might work as well for your case , all you need to do is clean up the yellow copper part of the device , both case and headphones.( i have used alcohol pads ) the reason it happens is because there is some kind of rust that build up over time in those copper area . so cleaning them of will solve the issue
hi, I just wanted to ask you if you were able to solve this, I have the same situation with the liberty 2 pro, only the right earbud is the one that does not charge anymore. Thanks !
nope. had my original receipt. they sent me a new pair under warranty and with in 1 month the problem restarted in the new pair. I switched over to Airpod Pros and have had no issues.
I have the same issue in soundcore p2 life .. if you have this old one useless can you try to open the box and try to fix the magnet in its place and please let us know how you opened the box with a video or something because i am trying to figure this out thanks alot

I had same issues
I did call Costomer service and they said they will refund!
From another comment: scratch the gold connectors on the earbud with a pin/knife tip, worked for me
did you remove all the gold part? Here is not working the right one
No don't remove all of it. Scratch the connectors lightly and try to remove the buildup layer that prevents charging
@@fdsfdsjghkI did it, but it didn’t work
Sad, but probably worth trying. Good luck!
