Finally, a solution for fixing this issue, thank you so much, I did everything I could to fix them, even contacting the company but sadly got a half arsed response for some weird reason. This seriously made my day. Thank you so much.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH!!!! I tried for two days to fix this problem with my Liberty Neo’s. I’ve watched just about every video that UA-cam had dealing with any Soundcore product and nothing worked. There are about as many videos for the left side fix still not working than there are of those that did. I just happened to glance at the comments on this video and read yours. Your one minute read was the only thing that worked. Dude you need to put out your own video for this fix!!! Thanks again man!!!!
Any other suggestions? I went through your steps and my left ear bud still doesn't work.

This issue drove me nuts for days since this model isn’t sold any more and newer soundcore phones have different reset steps. Found this video and fixed the problem in 5 min., and I now know what to do next time. Thanks!
Thanks bro! This video was extremely helpful. I've had the sound core (life P2) for about 4 months now. They are amazing but all of a sudden the left ear bud stop working. Turns out I had to disconnect them and pair them again but the trick was to pair them close together so that they could sync. Thanks.

I did this but only my left one is playing audio, right one still controls music but no audio.

After you reset the buds restart your phone

@@MrHines-ks3bg make sure the buds are fully charged they get a lil wonky when this occurs if they are not evenly charged full.

Gonna bookmark this one. I have 2 pairs of the Liberty classic and it's happened once to each pair so far but these instructions resolved it quickly! Thank you!
Here is a tip, let both earphones with 0% battery then charge them together then take them out of the box, let them connect with your Bluetooth off on your phone then activate Bluetooth and connect them.It worked for me.
I have the Liberty 3 Pros & my left ear bud wouldn’t charge. Then I saw your post & tried what you said & IT WORKED!!😲 Thank you sooo much Lili for posting this I truly appreciate it!!☺️🎶

My father just asked me see if I could fix his Soundcore Spirit X earbuds because the right side has extremely low volume in comparison to the left side.
I followed your directions, and even tried my own technique of using my lips to create suction on the earbud to clear any debris.

Mine were SOUNDCORE anker SPIRIT X2...
I've done all the steps, including my own deep cleaning, the small hole where the sound coming removing all the ear wax.
The tips unpairing the earbud.. then turn it off.. turn it on again was the key to making both earbuds work great again simultaneously.

It worked! Thanks. My left bud wasn't getting a charge. Just cleaned the contacts and it's charging now. Didn't even use the alcohol or a cleaner. Just wiped the left contacts with tissue and sharp object. Cleaned off some dirt and stuff that I couldn't even see before. Did a 10s reset and now trying to charge.
Had the SAME ISSUE. My son saw the video and fixed them for me!

Same here trier everyth9ng. Left side doesn't work. When i put on the left side the bud says "connected" but when music starts only right side works. Ridiculas. So left side can produce sound but doesn'play music. 3.5 port i miss you.
Did you try a diff device to see if it’s a problem

Thanks so much for uploading this!! When my left ear bud wasn't working and the right was, I thought it was so weird that it might be dead or something, considering I charge them both the same amount/at the same time. You've saved me from my own anxiety thinking that it was broken or needing replacement. 😆

I have now gone through 6 pairs Soundcore earbuds - each have developed left earbud not working and cannot be fixed - I have spent hours trying to solve.
None have lasted more than 6 months.
Other Anker products are great - but not any of their earbuds.

A good solution I found on Reddit that worked for me, suck on the earbud until you fed air flowing through, it works and I’m so happy

This video helped me fix the issue with my Anker Soundcore Life Note earbuds. I would've described the issue as earbuds being out of sync, or maybe only one side working at a time. Thanks so much!
Yep this worked for me . Basically you have to wait for the buds to connect to each other before pairing it with your phone which takes it a long 4 to 5 seconds 🤣
The cleaning actually worked! I have the liberty neo. Left worked but right didn't. Now after just cleaning them like you suggested, it actually worked! Thx!

anyone had /has the issue where the volume level just went really low and u can barely hear them? my left started first a few months ago and would randomly work properly every now and then. but then no the right just suddenly started doing the same thing. the volume level just dropped and I've tried resetting, charging the case, un pairing and then pairing again. nothing is working. need help please.
I have an earbuds, the brand is O1° AirSounds One, I ordered online.
The product looks very good.
But when I connected it to Bluetooth, it did, but the let earbud has no sound.
But the touch control works.

Only 1 bud of the pair now works at a time. Use to, the only problem I had were them continually not pairing or connecting. The problems I am having are mounting.

So when your cleaning the buds/case with any kind of liquid/solvent it is good practice to instead of having the bud/case laying on a table/surface pick them up an hold it upside down *ear bud button logo to the sky speaker grate facing ground/case bottom toward sky an case open lid towards ground* take advantage of gravity so nothing accidentally gets inside with electronics also if using compressed air while clean keep a 6inch distance as to not blow debris inside products...

I have the anker soundcore Space a40 which I used to love :( unfortunately the left ear bud charges. I have the app and once I remove the left ear bud if goes from a full charge to low power and shows only 1 red battery bar
You saved my life, buddy! Been looking for a fix to this issue. Didn't know that it can light pink. Right after it lights pink, it was fixed.

I don't have another way to fix it. The only thing I can think of is make sure they are charged and if nothing else contact Soundcore
It also fixes it if both headphones work but wont sync at the same time

please explain to me how to reset an earbud that wont even turn on, i have the P20i and my left one just stopped working, the light blinks when i put it in the case so the connector is working, but even Soundcore told me to put both headphones in and hold the tap pad for 10 seconds to reset, how do i do that when the issue is the damn thing NOT TURNING ON.

Soundcore liberty is the best earbuds in the cheap category. But the only thing I don't like about them is if u drop them on a hard surface they will come apart. On my 3rd pair now. I super glued the seems after I bought 3rd pair. So far, so good.

Thanks, had to try the method a few times but got my liberty pro 2 left side working again. The pink light doesn't flash on the pro 2. Just flashes white.

Thank you! I wear these at work but only use the right one so I have a free ear. It was about a month I went without the left one until one day I wanted use both of them at the store and I heard nothing out of it. I figured well at least the right one is still good until I googled how to reset these things
