ಹಿಂದೂ ಉತ್ತರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ) ಕಾಯಿದೆ, 2005 ರ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ನಂತರ, ಯಾವುದೇ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯವು ಹಿಂದೂ ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಬಾಧ್ಯತೆಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ, ತನ್ನ ತಂದೆ, ಅಜ್ಜ ಅಥವಾ ಮುತ್ತಜ್ಜನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಸಾಲವನ್ನು ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಮಗ, ಮೊಮ್ಮಗ ಅಥವಾ ಮರಿಮೊಮ್ಮಗನ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಮುಂದುವರಿಯುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
After the commencement of the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005, no court shall recognize any right under Hindu law to proceed against a son, grandson or great-grandson to recover any debt from his father, grandfather or great-grandfather, on the ground of religious obligation.
