Best recipe so far. Easy and very spot on. I made two varianta. 1 in pure olive oil and the other in Blended Oil (Sunflower and Olive oil). Both taaste good but for me the one in blended oil tastes better.

Hi ms. Rizalina, di ko pa natry magluto nito na hindi gamiy ang pressure cooker...pero If u dnt have pressure cooker, you can use normal cooking pot - slow cooked (medium to low heat gas flame). But cooking time will be more, it may take 1.5hr to 2hr or less or more. depending on the size of the sardines. i suggest na mag add ka ng water.

So kung iluluto mo siya without pressure cooker, i suggest na mag add ka ng water. :)

Hi, honestly di ko pa siya natry lutuin na hindi gamit ang pressure cooker. But i think pede siya lutuin sa kaldero basta un apoy is nasa medium to low heat lng at lutuin between 1hr30mins or hanggang lumambot yun mga tinik at dpt magdadadag ka ng water sa ingredients if hindi ka gagamit ng pressure cooker.
