    Best recipe so far. Easy and very spot on. I made two varianta. 1 in pure olive oil and the other in Blended Oil (Sunflower and Olive oil). Both taaste good but for me the one in blended oil tastes better.

      Hi ms. Rizalina, di ko pa natry magluto nito na hindi gamiy ang pressure cooker...pero If u dnt have pressure cooker, you can use normal cooking pot - slow cooked (medium to low heat gas flame). But cooking time will be more, it may take 1.5hr to 2hr or less or more. depending on the size of the sardines. i suggest na mag add ka ng water.

    Hello po, may idea po ba kayo if i-business ang spanish sardines at ilagay sa bottled jar. Until Ilang days po sya pwedeng kainin?

      If your planning to sell it, please use pressure canner for longer shelf life. For normal pressure cooker, spanish sardines shelf life is 7days or more basta nasa fridge po siya. Thank u for visiting my channel..hope u subscribe to my channel..Godbless and stay safe 😊

      Hi for personal consumption it would last to 7days as long it will be keep from the fridge...if your planning to do it as business..pls use pressure canner for longer shelf life 😊

      Gumawa ako nito nasunog sa ilalim haha kaya ang ginagawa ko nilalagyan ko nang kalahating basong tubig total namamawa naman ang tubig ang oil na matira kaya base sa xperience ko to avoid lang masunog lagyan nang unting tubig hehe

      Hi@@jenna.l.0522, salamat sa pagbisita sa channel ko..yes pde naman lagyan ng water but ang sikreto talaga pra hindi ka masunugan ng spanish sardines, kelangan mahina lng ang apoy mo. Proven and tested ko po yan, cook it for one hour..same din sa pagluto ng homemade sardinas - ua-cam.com/video/Byq88loNIXs/v-deo.html mahina lng dapat talaga ang apoy 👌

      Hi Ms. Tanya, yes po..masisira po siya pag di mo nilagay sa ref..proven by my experience, kasi pressure cooker lng po ang procedure na ginawa ko, if gusto mo ng mas mahabang shelf life, do the proper procedure for canning po.       Hi Ms. Angel, thank you for dropping to my channel. For personal consumption po ng home made sardines, 7days or more than pa basta nasa ref po siya..if for negosyo i suggest that you do the proper canning procedure po. If u dnt have pressure cooker, you can use normal cooking pot - slow cooked (medium to low heat gas flame). But cooking time will be more, it may take 1.5hr to 2hr or less or more. depending on the size of the sardines. Since gumamit ako ng pressure cooker, hindi ako ng add ng water ng niluto ko eto. So kung iluluto mo siya without pressure cooker, i suggest na mag add ka ng water. :)

      Hi, honestly di ko pa siya natry lutuin na hindi gamit ang pressure cooker. But i think pede siya lutuin sa kaldero basta un apoy is nasa medium to low heat lng at lutuin between 1hr30mins or hanggang lumambot yun mga tinik at dpt magdadadag ka ng water sa ingredients if hindi ka gagamit ng pressure cooker.

      Yes, if madamihan ang gagawin at hindi kaagad agad maco-consume dpt nasa ref siya pra ma-prolong ang shelf life niya.

    Hello. Sinubukan ko to na recipe just now. Lahat ng steps sinunod ko. Kaso nasunog sya wala pang 45 mns. D ko ni lagyan ng tubig na sunog ang carrots. Pa help po
