Hi, Lukas, I have always enjoyed your several Dimash reactions. Please do more. I discovered Dimash only about 6 months ago, but I instantly became a Dear - Dimash fan. I have always listened to many different types of music, but no one, and I mean NO ONE, has ever given me goosebumps and chills every single time, like Dimash's voice does to me. I have a "need" to listen to his voice every single day. That's how powerful and magnetic his voice draws me to him. His voice brought comfort and joy back to my life and I don't even want to listen to anyone else now. I can have Dimash's songs on repeat and I am totally fine with that. That whistle tone he hit, at least several voice teachers/professionals even using sound meters to measure that tone he produced and it equaled to a D8, which is beyond the highest key of a piano. Dimash is truly an amazing artist and a very humble human being. He is also down to earth, kind, loving and respectful to everyone. He loves his family. Only love and respect for Dimash.
The whistle note at frequency 4699hz or D8 was not planned, let alone sustained few seconds with vibrato. He said it’s just happened. I choose to believe he was communicating with aliens at the time. Great reaction!
how do you know all this, or better where did you find this info? I am longing to know more about him as a person, but what I found until in the chanels isn't really satisfiying me. ( I don't have an insta or tik tok account and I won't) please give me some hints. Lots of love from a german Dear💖💞
When he was interviewed about this performance, he was up front and honest. He said the second time he was moving his mic in and out and nothing came out, his voice failed him. He had to adjust and the D8 happened. It was not planned at all. Just another proof that he was not lip syncing. I have also watched the video when he was in the US NY and he was so excited to be here he literally forgot the words to a song. He said, "I forgot words" but that's ok".
The song is about an unforgettable day when he saw a beautiful girl in a crowd. He never got to meet her but he wrote the song about her. I guess it was love at first sight.
This "Gakku" festival took place in September 2017 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It is said that the city center was paralyzed on the day of the concert. More than 150,000 spectators gathered in the central square of the city. Many came then only because of Dimash. Dimash performed at the end of the concert and sang 5 songs. It was evident that Dimash was relaxed on stage because the competition in China was behind him. The festival is not a competition, and Dimash was HOME, among his countrymen and DEARS. In the song "Unforgettable Day" he took a chance and sang D8. And before the D8 he was waving his microphone, but we didn't hear the sound. I think it was some ultra-sound that only animals hear, and people don't hear. It is said that Dimash sang D8 - "the whistling of the dolphin" and it was the longest sound of this high note. In the history of modern singing performance, the longest sound of this note. There are singers who take this high note, but for so long to keep it no one can. The music for this song was written by Dimash himself when he was 19 years old.
It's like your son came home after few years and he started telling you stories in his life... You are mesmerised, you cannot say anything, just listen to him...
i have the same reaction as you everytime i listen dimash, just amazed by the whole act he puts in. i also have no idea what he is saying, but you know you hear something exceptional when even you don't understand a word, you float in musical notes...xoxo
Hi Lucas, I love your reactions to Dimash. So much beauty on the screen ... in every way. I always enjoy listening to you (and watching too 👀 ) You're right here Dimash feels very homely and comfortable, performing in his own country. It is a great festival Gakku of 150,000 spectators. Yes, it's a Dimash composition. Beautiful, but my favorite is his War and Peace. The lyrics were written by a Chinese poet as Dimash intended. Beautiful lyrics. The music is very interesting, Dimash used many unusual sounds that mimic war sounds, for example, the sound of the Morse code, missile explosions, series from a machine gun, sounds of military radios. I recommend. Stay safe and healthy 😎
I have just stumbled across Dimashh annd your channel. I am blown away by his voice and i love your reaction to him. His songs can bring me to tears and other times i feel like my soul is lifting to heaven. There is no one like him. What a fabulous young man with manners, humility, love and peace and an amazing voice . You arent too bad either. Lol. 😁.
Lucas is THE go to guy for Dimash reaction videos. There is Lucas and then there are all the rest. When I see the visuals for the other videos all I can think is they are all just trying to jump on the band wagon and go along for the ride.
Another great reaction from you. As you have heard before, Dimash set a record for the highest note ever sung in a live concert, during this 2017 live performance. It is his now-famous D8. There were approximately 150,000 fans in attendance. Dimash wrote “Unforgettable Day” himself. During the performance, he made certain to erases any doubt that this was indeed anything other than a true live performance by moving his make quickly from side to side. Although, there are still the occasional trolls who claim that the note was pre-recorded or that it was an electronic glitch. I guess haters will be haters. Dimash not only hit a D8; he did a glissando and held it for ~5 seconds, even adding vibrato to it. The Guinness Book of Records lists the highest note ever produced by a male as an E8. That was done in a studio, where the singer was just trying to hit the note. He held the note briefly after a proper warm-up and several attempts. Dimash has sung many whistle notes in the 7th & 8th octave in other live performances, but the above is his highest note to date. Because of his incredible range, over seven octaves now, and his vocal flexibility, he is able to make the impossible look easy. Dimash is not only considered by many to be the best singer in the world, but he is truly on another level. His voice seems limitless, and no matter how many performances of his you watch he will always surprise you with something new.
Hello Mr. Hassel! Greetings from Bulgaria !!!! I am so happy that you like Dimash !!!! He is our sun, the healing of our soul. I really like your reactions Dimash's performances !!!!
From Portugal 🇵🇹 Just discovered him today saw all your videos about him Love him and his voice Thanks for sharing helps understand his music better. 💖
You got the atmosphere quite right! This was the largest concert by far, about 150.000 people, but yes - they were close, and the space was well lit, so he could see and touch them. He thrives in such close contact with the audience, you can see it is like he is singing for his own friends. This is why we all love this performance, not just the D8 he sung. Thank you for this reaction!
He does love his dears. I can only imagine the nightmares the security at the NYC concert had when he jumped down and moved through the audience while singing. Think everyone but security loves him 🤣 Always enjoy your reactions. This is not my favourite version. Only because the whistle doesn't add anything for me. But in general I love this song,
It puzzles me why some Dears take it upon themselves to decide that there are right versions and wrong versions!!! Are they then saying that in the wrong version Dimash doesn't sing well!!! There are NO wrong versions, they are all brilliant. They are different each time and absolutely fantastic. Here you see a relaxed DImash and if you see him in concert you will see that he is always very close to his fans and interacts, jokes and sings with them. I guess the pressure of the competition is gone! Once again I see you are perfectly in tune with his emotions and what is going on. You definitely are a wonderful reactor! Thank you.
Thank you Séby so much for you marvelous comment - I agree 1 million %!!!:) and that Lukas Hassel is a absolutely brilliant "reactor" - he is stunning in his sensitivity!!! you said it well!!! I am a fan of both of them::):))
Hello. I don't think anyone thinks that Dimash sings badly in another version. Or that it's wrong. He can't sing badly at all. It's just that many people, including me, think that the Gakku version is more interesting. Because here Dimash is relaxed, in his element, and can afford what he could not at the competition.
You have the best reactions ever. I know I said it before but the more I watch in here, I have to say it again. You have your feelings on your face, and that is genuine 😘
That is a D#8. One note higher than the piano goes. I think he has a PHd in Musical Composition, or at least a Masters Degree. He has been writing since he was young. This was a song about falling in love with someone for the first time who was much older and therefore not returned and the anguish he felt at that moment. I think he said he was 12-13 year old when he first wrote this. Can you imagine another singer picking up this sheet music for this baby and going AH, Hell Nah!!!!! as he quickly said, "damn that Dimash!!!" How hysterical would that be to watch that unfold.
Oh, you haven't seen him interact with Dears much because when he performs with Igor, he is more conservative. 😂 Watch any of his concerts and you'll see how Dimash loves jumping into the crowd, he's always running from security, and jumping off the stage. 😂
😂 At an airport, barricades had been set up for the public. His fans stayed on the right side while it was Dimash who was stopped by Securitas when he tried to sneak under to his fans. Lol
What i readt about Dimash,he is that great Passion Man and i think he need us "Dears"like a Fish the Water and he wanna give anytime more. What is near impossible!?
This concert was in Almaty,Kazakhstan. He is so proud of his country,so the connection with his own people is very understandable.I don't comment on Dimash and his voice.he is a part of my Life now and always Will be.thanks Lucas...
I attended his solo concert in New York . there were 20,000 people there yet it did feel very intimate with lots of interaction with the crowd. You could tell he was just having a great time!! and here after he hit the D8 he just continued like it was nothing
(Diva dens)
Ok I'm a die hard DIMASH DEAR I adore him n yep he's totally live here but judging by the way he was moving the mike , I think for that little moment is voice not cracked but cut off and he did this crazy high note to fix it... it doesn't reflect at all on him as a vocalist or performer... the opposite... Dimash is a true once in a generation talent and he didn't let a cut in his voice phase him. He came back with something amazing..it's not hard to catch , you can see him moving the mike but no sound coming out. again I could be wrong but knowing the song and the way he was moving the mike to anticipate the sound n it just cut... I think his voice cut...and let's not forget he's performing songs back to back and sounding just astounding but my alien out of this world Dimash came back stronger... he is a beast of performance.... I love him so much it's painful xxx
Hi Lukas. Dimash is without a doubt the best artist in the world, one of those phenomena that arise to change the paradigms, doldrums and stagnation that the music world was in. We will always remember it as a new Era: the before and after of the phenomenon called Dimash. Lukas, I always look forward to your reactions to the Dimash phenomenon. Hugs from Brazil.
👉Lukas-Dear, your face clearly shows how much fun and joy you have in the performances of Dimash and how much you appreciate him. I love that. Greetings from a German Dear 🌼🇩🇪
Lukas my Dear!......Unforgettable Day. This performance was on Gakku Is Kazajistán at 2017. Is Dimash song and is in Kazakh, is Dimash music. The most highest note in the World, D8 (4800 hz) vibrato ( dolphin note) by 5 seconds. Is an amazing performance. ......Greetings from a Mexican Dear! ❤️🇲🇽❤️🇰🇿
That was his off the piano D8 with vibrato. The more intimate audience was actually 150,000 people. He has other songs of his own including Give Me Your Love as a tribute to 1 of his idols, Michael Jackson. He did one version in Moscow and a revamped version at his concert in New York last year. Same music but different dance choreography.
Ty 4✨Dimash Lukas...Excellent reaction! IMO, nothing compares to Dimash preforming at “his” own concert (he’s actually expressed in interviews how much joy it gives him). My fav DQ live perf were his Arnau NY (was there) or Arnau anywhere! 🤍🇺🇸dear
Just spectacular. Dimash is such a talent and really is just in incomparable to any other contemporary. He deserves every accolade he gets. Thank you Lukas for bringing this to our attention.
Dimash is very happy to be home after winning the China competition. A huge host of his people came out to welcome him. By the way, that is the registered D_8 , one full octave above the piano.
A new Chinese Emperor has been created. His talent holds no bounds. Your reaction as always on the Money Enjoy the next month listening to new songs and artists. Keep well, keep safe
Thank you very much Luka! what to say about our beloved Dimash, his voice takes me out of my anxiety, he has a wonderful tone of voice! and a perfect interpretation!
I’m so glad you enjoyed this version and understood how different it is from the other you reacted to. The other was good, this concert version was stunning. The power behind his voice stops me in my tracks. The whistle note on top of that is other worldly. The fact that he wrote the song just puts another layer of amazing talent to his credit. I truly believe Dimash to have studied and perfected his craft like no other. Someday people will study Dimash much as they study Beethoven, Mozart and other genius’s in history. He is up there among them. To me he is the greatest of all time. The goat. 🐐
A wonderful awakening with your repeated reaction-clip of Dimash's song. You are very attentive. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Hassel. You are not a singer, but you are an exceptional artist in your profession and at the same time a wonderful person. All this together makes you a precious and interesting listener and observer. It is an honor and a pleasure to follow you, to listen with you the singing of this unique young being with a heavenly voice and an angelic ♥️ ️. All the best, sir. 🍀
Hooray! Unforgettable GAKKU! Love it! Love it! Love it! There’s something in this performance which makes it quite extraordinary and it’s not about G8!
I always watch a Dimash video in its entirety first..... and then I seek out your reaction video. There are plenty of reviewers who can talk about the technical aspects of what he is doing, but you show the emotional and spiritual impact. It’s real and it’s huge.
Recently Dimash' said this whistle was not planned. He just casually hit a note that is not on the piano and is only one note below the highest note ever sang from a male vocalist (World record).
One of the qualities of all great artists, men and - even the occasional woman! 🙄😉 is that they are not afraid to take risks and go where no one has gone before. Dimash knows how much we love him and realizes that wherever he goes we will willingly follow.
a lot of people can make those pitches but they don't apply for the record. I can do it and I've recorded whistles that high for 2 songs/demos already. Most famously, Nicola Sedda does these high notes, up to A9 on "The Call". There's also a couple of people recorded with spectrograms to be able to produce sounds at F10 or above (actually outside our hearing range). In my experience it's difficult, but not all that much, if you're not drinking alcohol, coffee or smoking, you should be able to learn it, I'd say it's like 7/10 difficulty. Nobody applies for these records though, my highest was an E9 and I never applied cause it's just...kinda pointless. There's practically no reason to have notes like that in songs other than to show you can do it.
@@blazejecar Concerning no reason - people can inspire other people what is possible, that we can break boundaries. That's a great message itself in my opinion.
Agreed he is a alien. Bro listen to stranger
how do you know all this, or better where did you find this info? I am longing to know more about him as a person, but what I found until in the chanels isn't really satisfiying me. ( I don't have an insta or tik tok account and I won't) please give me some hints. Lots of love from a german Dear💖💞
So happy to share much of your opinion, enjoying your comments after work, what a treat. Ahhh, Dimash, humble phenomenon, so refreshing.
DIMASH O MAIOR CANTOR QUE JA EXISTIU E EXISTE, A VOZ MAIS LINDA E POTENTE DAS GALAXIAS
When he was interviewed about this performance, he was up front and honest.
He said the second time he was moving his mic in and out and nothing came out, his voice failed him.
He had to adjust and the D8 happened. It was not planned at all.
Just another proof that he was not lip syncing.

It's a separate pleasure to watch your face while you are listening (in your case meaning enjoying)) to Dimash.

Dimash can speak to dolphins.
Two of my favorite artists Dimash and Angelina Jordan. So I started watching and this is one of his best songs in my opinion as in native language.

DIMASH: THE VOICE OF GOD OR WALKING GOD HIMSELF?

I attended his solo concert in New York . there were 20,000 people there yet it did feel very intimate with lots of interaction with the crowd. You could tell he was just having a great time!! and here after he hit the D8 he just continued like it was nothing
(Diva dens)
Hiya Lukas this is Dimash at his ultimate and you as a gorgeous man. Oh still my heart :)
Another original composition by Dimash is his “War and Peace”
The first thing I do every time I see a new Dimash reaction in this channel is press the like button.
Outstanding and beautiful... God's gift for all to enjoy and 💘..Aloha 🌴🌴
Mahalo and God bless 🙏 ❤ 💖 🌴🌴
Lukas my Dear!......Unforgettable Day. This performance was on Gakku Is Kazajistán at 2017. Is Dimash song and is in Kazakh, is Dimash music. The most highest note in the World, D8 (4800 hz) vibrato ( dolphin note) by 5 seconds. Is an amazing performance. ......Greetings from a Mexican Dear! ❤️🇲🇽❤️🇰🇿
You reaction, amazing, 👌👏👏👏❤,Dimash fenomenal!🤩
That was his off the piano D8 with vibrato. The more intimate audience was actually 150,000 people. He has other songs of his own including Give Me Your Love as a tribute to 1 of his idols, Michael Jackson. He did one version in Moscow and a revamped version at his concert in New York last year. Same music but different dance choreography.
Great reaction!! This was absolutely amazing. Everything he does is amazing but this...... speechless
D8...only DIMASH...👏👏👍😁⭐️🦋
Je vous recommande d'écouter

Ty 4✨Dimash Lukas...Excellent reaction! IMO, nothing compares to Dimash preforming at “his” own concert (he’s actually expressed in interviews how much joy it gives him). My fav DQ live perf were his Arnau NY (was there) or Arnau anywhere! 🤍🇺🇸dear
Just spectacular. Dimash is such a talent and really is just in incomparable to any other contemporary. He deserves every accolade he gets. Thank you Lukas for bringing this to our attention.
He is the best! Love your reactions to Dimash greetings from Florida🙂
*OMG... D8? ...D8 ... D8!!!*
_Das Ist Fantastisch!_
He's from Kazakhstan, but yes, he rocsk the Chinese singing show.
Danke für die Reaktion. Super, Klasse!!! 👍👍❤❤🙏
DEAR Lukas love your REACTION ALWAYS ♥❤💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖🌹
His vocal gymnastics are pretty insane.
It is music! Just from a person who does it better than anybody else in the world.
Thank you very much Luka! what to say about our beloved Dimash, his voice takes me out of my anxiety, he has a wonderful tone of voice! and a perfect interpretation!

Thank you! Dimash has said that the D8 was spontaneous not planned. He just felt like it at that moment. :D
I love watching you watch Dimash.💕 Great reacting as always. Hugs from Sweden.💕🇸🇪
The goat. 🐐
Don’t worry about it they are both great versions.🥰
War and Peace" is also a composition by Dimash. Greetings from Poland😊
Great reaction...👍❤🇮🇩
@@blazejecar Give credit where credit is due.
