Talking about the case with Porinju earlier, i found some interesting things. I investigated a bit more and there was this guy Mr. Achin Kumar Roy. This guy came into LEELs company in 2007 in effect and stayed till 2018. This guys CEO pay was ludicrously high just to give you some numbers. The ratio of his salary to a normal employee by 2017 was 44:1. He was the highest paid in that company, not even the other director Mr.Mukat B Sharma was this highly paid. Here some another number: Mr. Achin Kumar Roy = 2.74 Mr. Mukat B. Sharma = .54 Amount in Crores for the year 2017-2018. - Compairng LEELs with Voltas (Voltas because its one of the market leaders in this sector as per Motlal Oswal Air conditioning report as per 2017) Net profit Margin of Leels growth rate (2008-2017) = -0.63 Net profit Margin of Voltas growth rate (2008-2017) = .33 Net profit of Voltas growth rate (2008-2017) = 1.33 Net profit of Leels growth rate (2008-2017) = .41 As you can see Achins involved for the fiscal years dint change much the performance was adequate at best. So he as hogging all the money since his position from 2007 where our "Great Czar of small cap" investor Porinju started to invest. - This Achin guy resigned due to PERSONAL REASONS. The article will be listed below. Poinju had aroun 8% stake in LEELs and even Dolly Khanna sold all her shares in this company. After the aftermath not once Porinju mentioned ACHIN, my only assumption is he and Porinju were doing some insider trading. All of the numbers and sources are in the annual report. It took me 3 hours to compile calculate and summarize so much information into few paragraphs. Final Words: This analysis and research was done by me a guy behind a computer and internet with basic financial background just basic unlike the so called EXPERTS he has. He should probably hire me instead. All this so called Investors do little research and talk big, it goes to show research by any person is so crucial. It shows even how a small retail investor can profit from these idiots. Buffet has some great advises and lessons too but dont fall for his limelight. People put him in a pedestal and lately he sold GE stocks and bought Apple completely going against what he teaches. Take their lessons and research is more than enough. ET Hire me ;)
Being a Keralite, he is so genuine to applause Modi for the Development/actions done by this Govt. Normally, Kerala people would support CPI(M) immaterial of people. Here Porinju is support Modi immaterial of which party he is from...really great!!
Keralites are the most broad minded when it comes to castes and community.If study stock market growth under different PMs of India,right from 1970,it is very revealing.Modi gave 10% growth to market and all Congress PMs gave growth greater than Modi.One can not argue with maths.
