I used to be a smoker for around 7 years(15-25 cigarette per day), it has been more than 1½ years since i quit smoking, i cannot explain the changes i have in my life. It was the best step that i took.
Good job sir. Im a 14years old, I've never smoked and will never do so. But there are many groups of students in my school who smoke daily. I wish someone tell them about harmful effects of ciggarette.

I started smoking cigarettes since my teenage. got addicted for over 9 years, suffered severe depression and anxiety. Not until my mom recommended me to psychedelics. @@harshvardhansinghrathore1899 I tried my best but I am not able to quit smoking but I have reduced my smoking consumption like in the initial days I use to smoke at-least 7-8 cigarettes within my 9 hours shifts and now I am consuming 2 cigarettes in a day and slowly I will quit smoking.

Today was my 5th day without smoking, i quit after 15 years. It was very hard, but in my case it was like blessings in disguise. I'll share my story with all of you.
Actually 15 days before i consulted a doctor for stomach problems, i got my endoscopy done there and it showed gastric erosions and inflammation to some parts of dudneum, probably due to H. Pylori. Dr has recommended me a 10 day antibiotic and antacid kit with 15 tablet per day. It was very hard for me to tolerate this huge load of medicinal kit for 10 days like vomiting, headaches abdomenal pain , tastelessness, metalic taste were common side effects. It was because of these medicines everything I was being served those days looked like tasteless and idle , i started hating even food. Then everything including cigrates were started looking useless to me. Now it has been 6 days, not a single cigarate. Wish me best of luck..
