Thank you professor D, I smarted up and found myself referencing the pg. numbers and chapters. I even date it so that it will show how many times (or NO times) I looked at the material. I like to read, but nowadays you have the text, and ATI plus additional resources. It's a lot! lol!!!
This is 2024 and a lot has change for nursing.They gave you 12 or more chapters at a time and each chp has 80 or more pgs. The test is in 7 days and you read all of them?
Who are you telling? I am at a 13 mos. program, but I am there for two years. I took the GE classes first and it is still a struggle! I read the conclusion first, start with definitions and then try to go with study guides for extra help.
Read the book all day long and take the exam. The questions are unrelated to the chapters or NCLEX-style questions. They create their style of questions, not knowledge-based or critical thinking, nursing schools are all about money and money-minded. That is why nursing students stopped reading books

1st semester of nursing school completed, in 16 weeks 52 modules (chapters + exemplars) were assigned for reading for 1 class.
