Thats because its a bad practice. Posite or foam of any kind has a hard time with paint adhering due to flex. Midsoles are one thing but with Posites were talking almost the entire upper.

bonding an upper must be performed with a LAST!!!!! in the factory they insert the last in the upper before placing it to the sole or outsole preventing irregularity!!!!
You know what’s crazy, this shoe was done for a customer over a year ago & they still wear them with no issues to this day. How about you make a video on how to Reglue & see how it works, but everything has been working great for me 💯
Do you know of a solution for replacing the lip pieces that go down before the carbon fiber plates? One of the lip or whatever they are called that sits on the edge of the carbon fiber on this pair im working on is broken in like 10 pieces. I cant get them to stick back together and am wondering if anyone has a solution or any tips they can send my way?

I would mix the paint to see how it comes out. Try a piece of paper & dry it to match

Tbh I just mixed until I matched. This was a while ago, I got better at paint matching but haven’t had the opportunity to do these again

Paint on foam will flex and peel sooner than not with wear.
I’ve done multiple pairs & have yet to hear this. Not saying you’re wrong, just haven’t heard a customer say anything about it yet.
