The Current Clamp Meter should be on the Positive, or Red wire, you are seeing a DC ground loop through the coax when you are only seeing 7 Amps for 350 Watts. Should be closer to 35 Amps.

Will do. However keep in mind that a Class C will be better for FM, not a class B, AB

FM will show the same wattage as the AM unmodulated carrier.
