@@TheRadioGarage sounds good my friend I definitely appreciate it can't wait to get it I should have no problem running it in my truck I just upgraded to a 240 amp alternator which is producing about 14.5 V all the time
@@TheRadioGarage I was just wondering have You heard anything about the shipment from fat boy I got my new radio yesterday I was just kind of wondering about the amp Thank you
I have a question , I installed a cab and ran the power and negative wires straight to the battery. I now have a noise from the truck in the radio. Any ideas how to fix that ?
I’m curious on how these these amps (and any other brand) look on the scope and spectrum analyzer. I don’t expect them to be clean by no means, but would like to see it anyways. Is there anyway you could show this?

Appreciate the input man..very versatile amp in this configuration. Take care and talk soon 73s bump 👊
I like the 454's. They seem to tolerate the higher dead key/ carrier input better than some of the other pills. Output speaks for itself. 💪
😑🦗
Thx for showing that I've had my eye on that one
Any time!

Nope no ad203 stinger board radios. Bunch of ssb radios out there to choose from. Thanks for stopping by 👋
I have a 86v good radio
too bad you dont do some for the 7 mhz 14 mhz and 21 mhz bands
If I preorder one of these 4 pill 454 Fatboy how long would it take to get it?
What fuse do U recommend for this model ?
Using 8 gauge wire.
For a mobile 12-14 volts.
inline fuse* ? @TheRadioGarage
40 amp should work well
Could you let me know a ballpark figure of the dimensions on the box? Wondering if it would fit behind my truck seat? Thanks for the video.
7.5x6.5x4..thanks 73s
@@TheRadioGarage Thank you. I appreciate the info.
Got any of those DX86V for sale?
No, can't get them anymore
How many amps is it pulling?
Just checked and it's roughly 30 on AM and 35 on ssb.
@@TheRadioGarage Thanks.
