We should celebrate and enjoy the variety that we share within our human race and stop letting these wonderful things be used as tools to divide us. Sorry for the soapbox rant, but that brief moment in Sam's video really touched my heart.

What I like about Air France is they operate one of the Major Wide-bodies In the World and have a record breaking Fleet of amazing Airbus and Boeing jets.
I like Air France but CDG is very confusing and transfers can take a long time. In four flights to CDG I missed the connection three times. 2-3 hours is the minimum. Oslo only requires 30 minutes.

Air France has been a class act for years, and seems only to be getting better. Flew with them in economy about a year ago, superb flight, from the food, to the staff's attention, the condition of the aircraft, everything. Wish Delta would learn a thing or two from them!
Air Canada as well.. 10 hour flight and I had to pay for food, a tiny bag of chips $4 and a beer $10. A sandwich wrap was $14. Certainly very different from when I was a kid, flying isn't fun anymore.

Awesome, I been flying Air France a lot lately. In November, I flew in business and things were starting to fall apart with some of the hardware. Love their food. Their bread is always the best!

As Air France renew its fleet it might be good considering doing it too with its crew which, at times, gives you that feeling they only stay there in order to get one day their retirement pension full rate... so exhausted from this job life you don't want to take any risk of disturbing them.. lol ! In KLM For example I have good moments, a flight attendant and probably chief flight attendant was very kind and with attitude for help me, and try hard undestand me in my not fluent english. Everything work well.
I think that your channel is no longer a good source of what your average traveler could expect their experience to be but what is unique and nice about your channel is the behind the scenes access that you are able to show us.
the average traveller has no lounge access, long check in, economy seatings, stuck in the middle, cattle class food and long wait for luggage pickup on arrival and last to get off the aircraft. I wonder who wants to see that kind of a video :)

I flew with Air France last year for the first time from Manchester to Barcelona as part of a package with NCL. I had to transit in CDG which has to be the worst airport in the world. Air France however we’re brilliant. Still serving complementary refreshments on short haul and they held the Paris to Barcelona flight back for all those stuck in the 2hr plus transiting in CDG. Great airline (and that from a Brit)
Thank you Sir for your appreciation. I have flown AF three times in Business Class last year, two times in their A350-900 and once in their 777-200. The later showed its age compared to the A350, so I hope it will undergo the same refurbishment as the one presented in this video. Best regards from a Frenchman!

Also how you gain access to the pilots and cockpit and hear what they have to say and to see what they are experiencing with your cameras allowed inside is fantastic. Wow, AF has a nice business class product. My husband, teen daughter and I secured an upgrade to business class on our way home from Copenhagen to Los Angeles (via CDG) a few years ago. It was so nice and the crew were so friendly. Of course the downside is now my family only wants to fly business class whenever we leave North America now! Though, we have yet to fly another airline with as nice of a business class seat as we had on Air France.

I’ve flown Air France twice in recent months in economy nonstop SFO - CDG. Although food was okay and seats adequate, the crew and service were very polished and friendly, which my wife and I appreciated. Next time, I think we’ll stretch for a nicer class. I hope this new business class product will soon be available on the SFO-CDG route. BTW, that insight into the command center was GREAT. Little bit of journalism, there, Sam. Well done, thanks.

I would say the AF business class certainly beats EK’s and is on par with QR’s. SQ’s is a bit better although the footwells are a bit tight.

I really like their fixed shell seats in Economy Plus because you don't have someone reclining their seat into your lap.

Sometime cabin crew lets down but i guess thats for every airline no ones perfect.
