I’d LOVE for this to come back. It needs a reboot and it’ll be my favorite fighting game franchise. Get Max to do a Rate the Super of this and Bloody Roar 4 PLEASE!!! (It desperately needs more exposure)

@@trashsombra2793 It's Konami that owns the IP currently, not Activision. Activision's only involvement was publishing in NA and PAL territories, and that was only for the original version of BR3 and Primal Fury.
There are no complaints, bloody roars supers are first primary justice, the best supers in a 3d game!
Killing Bites literally was this concept and it got a season.
This one of my first and favorite fighting games ever.

Ah yes, the Bloody Roar game with the Metal Gear Solid VA's. Roy Campbell as the announcer as well as one of the characters in the game.
Jennifer Hale (Naomi Hunter) is Alice, Cam Clarke (Liquid Snake) is Kronos and Paul Eiding (Roy Campbell) is Gado and the announcer. Even the ex wife of Revolver Ocelot’s VA (Kris Zimmerman) is involved in this game.

Bloody Roar Primal Fury may not be a port of BR3 but it does sure as hell feel like one. Also, we went from a story involving humans and beast people to a generic tournament story with no idea what to do about the cast.....and then BR4 happened. Still better then 4 though.

I assume the later games are why this series never really took off?

My main was always Uriko. I'm pretty bad with fighting games, BUT OH BOY, even today I remember all of her combos
I still have this game! One of my all time favorite 3D fighters. I'd love for Bloody Roar to come back some day...
What makes it even sadder is 8ing isn't even usually busy. Konami could have called them up at any time. It's just too niche a franchise for them to care to revive.

@@GRACEFULMASH _Tekken_ is notorious for taking their stories way too seriously, and treating their own animalistic characters as *joke fodder.* Would that scenario really be fitting for a _Bloody Roar_ guest (of course, assuming that Konami would be on board in the first place)?
The best bloody roar, although I miss the pixel textures of the second one on psx 😝
One of my favorite games on the Gamecube, and it's one of the only Gamecube games that can't be emulated on a Wii U. Fuck.
There's also an OG Xbox version, and of course it's not playable on later Xboxes. FUCK.
Great memories of this game back on the GameCube, even remember buying it at Babbages. Would love for it to make a return.
Somebody need to buy Konami so Bloody Roar can be free again!
And free Castlevania. And Contra. And Gradius. And Rocket Knight. And Silent Hill. And Adventure Island. Metal Gear needs to be retired without Kojima though, otherwise we get Survive.

I like the Gamecube version better. Sure we lose a character but the Voice work is vastly superior.

Yeah because it's not enough for Konami to completely waste one company's entire library, they also have to sit on Hudson's and do nothing with it.

I would love to have another 3d fighter other than just Tekken, DOA, Soul Calibur, and (hopefully) Virtua Fighter. Everyone else is too lazy and just wants to make 2d fighters.
