The UK is small but growing in this niche. We’ll get yank style cuts and stuff as it gains weight. Let’s see what we can do with the bog standard stuff we can find down’t supermarket. Had very good results recently with boneless pork shoulder ‘roast’ making pulled pork, with a little trimming. Show what gold we can make with inferior uk cuts! 👍

@@JacksMeatShack anything but brisket man ;-) ribeye roast would be great with some side dishes. Roasted whole garlic etc
