Meet Kevin Seldon, the host and creator of ‪@DILFpodcast‬ (Dad I'd Like to Friend), as he shares his journey and mission to create a more inclusive parenting culture. Through his non-profit, #AllParentsWelcome (APW), Kevin is dedicated to improving mental health resources for all non-birthing parents, including fathers, and parents through surrogacy, adoption, and within the LGBTQ+ community.
Currently, Kevin is focused on publishing a book that aims to debunk the top 10 myths surrounding new parenthood. This book offers insights on retaining a sense of self, strengthening relationships with partners, managing work-life balance, and finding joy amid the rollercoaster of parenting.
