Doris, you are one of my heroes! You consistently educate and inspire - even in this troubled, yet hopeful time. You have an insight and understanding Into human nature, and the bigger picture; that informs your historical look at inspiration, decent, innovation and reflection . . . You remind me of our collective connection to history, art, fashion and the recognition and pursuit of beauty in our lives. Truly: you are as much a great teacher as a remarkable business woman. I always look forward to your presentations; they link me to my origins and passion for design and the history behind it. Thank you for your contributions! You ROCK! 😊

Exactly my thought, I can go on and on and on listening to your soothing (earthy) voice. Your voice has such credibility, that even if you said the “beautiful red dress at my back...” when obviously it is green, I would say okay if you said so, ha ha ha, does it even make sense? I just love 💕 watching your channel 👏👍. Waiting for the W🌏RLD to HEAL 😷.

I'm so sorry you were looted. Tragic loss of beautiful garments. I'd love to see more couture finishing details, like boning, seam finishes, how linings are attached and hemming secrets. My dreeam is to visit your store in person and by a garment. Looking forward to that occasion, Best wishes for a sucessful reopening. Jacqui

I’m so glad that you decided to cover Lanvin, I feel like the house’s history as an innovator of couture is sadly often overlooked. I like your style of presentation - you really transport your love for the pieces in a very natural way and are always so respectful for the people behind the art.
It is really easy to get information on many, many subjects these days, but finding a channel with this quality and love for the topic is just great.
Good luck for your reopening, I was shocked to hear about, what happened to your business.
Looking forward to any episode you find the time to make ☺️
    Love and greetings from Germany🌻

I'm so sorry to hear that your store was looted, Doris. :-(
I've been watching your videos, and I've learned quite a lot about Mexican silver, costume, design and fashion history.
