Pavlonia - Paulownia
"Pavlonia, or Paulownia as it is known in Latin, is a tree family that is in the Ballıbaba, or Lamiales, order and includes nearly twenty species. Pavlonia, which originates from the Far East, is also known as "Chinese poplar" in our country, but it is not related to true poplars, that is, Populus species. It is the representative of the species and you can find its most well-known member, "Paulownia tomentosa", in many places as parks and street trees. The tree has been one of the ornamental trees frequently used in gardening since the 19th century due to its fragrant and showy flowers similar to foxgloves."
