Some reason I didn’t see the first few high speed passes of the F35C also I can’t wait for the F22 to come back cuz I may have not paid attention the whole time and I regret it.
0:18 mark - the 3rd video picture---I used my own "Mach meter". I almost saw the famous "supersonic" smoke-trail cone in that F-35 military jet as it buzzed the North Avenue beach at near-transsonic speed.....Mach 0.98! That is about 700-720 or so mph! Chicago ordinances do not allow supersonic buzzes at its air shows at the Beach because it is too close to its very tall high-rise apartment buildings in the city. A supersonic buzz by a jet can cause the shattering of so many windows in the apartment, and could even lead to heart issues due to the severely acoustic stress of a sonic boom. That would lead to a class-action lawsuit against the Air and Water Show, and that means the show could be grounded.
Glad I found this video has me pumped up for this weekend 👍🏾
Forsure hopefully the weather is excellent unlike last year was a total bust
Yeah the weather looking good this time i noticed didn’t see f22 or F35 in the schedule
