1. I went for the ideal answer, missing the practical one.
2. I got it right as it was looking quite easy, (interim measure and observe type)
3. I got it wrong. I didn't even know that comfort zones is related to their way of management styles, so didn't chose it.
I chose the budget is unrealistic (foolish I know)

Really informative mam , thanks a ton. In the non pyq question you mentioned sunidhi was delegative, i get the authorittive part but what makes her delegative, (can you elaborate delgative manager).

I would like to argue on Q1 and Q3
1. opt 3 says talk to both of them and understand root cause of difference, the passage clearly mentions their point of differences , they are always fighting on fund & resource allocation and territory etc so how can it be the right ans ?
Q3. opt 4. again as they are fighting over budget allocation clearly it was not enough, also the additional parameters talks about adherence budgets.

Sectionals are mandatory for XLRI.
For few other colleges maybe it's not considered. Just google the latest news.
