Can you explain why preterm babies switch back and forth between bottle and breast more easily? My first son was born 5 weeks early and he always took both no problem from day one. Wondering if it might be an issue with my daughter due in December

In my first baby I waited for 4 to 6 weeks before i give him a pacifier but I regret it because he didn’t like it and preferred to stuck on my bob all the time, so I’m thinking for my second baby to introduce a pacifier a little earlier in first week or the second
Hi Maria, thank you for sharing your experience! Babies do look for the boob for both food and comfort, so I am not surprised your baby loved to sooth himself by coming to you. That being said, once you feel like breastfeeding is well established with your second baby, go with your gut if you are ready to introduce the pacifier earlier. Congratulations on baby number two, you will have so much wisdom from your first to help you this time around :)

Did you know circumcision increases SIDS? It also causes PTSD because of Limbic imprinting and disrupt the babies latching
You certainly won't see me promoting it on this channel.

I introduced the binky the first week and my baby still won’t take the dummy over my boob
