I know that God sees me as so much more than any pain and I want to continue this journey called life. Does your church have community groups/small groups? I met some of my closest friends being in a community group. We are like family. We have keys to each other’s homes, we make the 3 am calls when someone’s in labor, we celebrate & cry & pray together. I sincerely hope you find a community of friends like this.

Hi Lynn, I am so glad you talked about friends today. I am 47 and have really been praying asking the Lord to bring some true, deep friendships into my life. I am blessed to have one wonderful friend in my life, but I get very lonley sometimes. I would really love to have some more friends, but find it very hard at this stage in life to make connections. I also am praying that my heart is open to trust peoples intentions for friendship. Sometimes, I think I put up a barrier when I initially meet people as I was severely bullied during my school years and it really affected me. I know that in order to make a friend, I need to be a friend so I am looking for opportunities to meet other ladies with similar interests in my community and I pray that the Lord will help me recognize the opportunities for friendship as they present themselves.
Me too! When I’ve done EMDR the things I went through in school are what have come up. It’s tough.

We did a deep clean of the apartment and decluttered our storage locker yesterday. It feels sooo nice. I realized we don't have a lot of items stored and made me feel good. Two bins of holiday decor, two suitcases, one bin of sentimental items and our ebikes.
I’m a 57 year introvert and friends is a really difficult thing for me. I need low maintenance friendships and sometimes women are high maintenance. So I have learned to be happy with me. I have my husband, Mom, and adult children. That’s all I really need for support. 😊

I'm 54 and have 2 close friends and that is all I need. When we get older, we do have trust issues with women. I know that I can depend on my 2 closest friends no matter what; they are my encouragers and prayer warriors. Put yourself out there, Lynn, and you will find that close friend, or two, who will not let you down but will lift you up. Thank you for another amazing video; you are such an encourager to me. Oh Lynne, so many women out there are amazing friends. There are some who aren't, but if you believe people when they tell you who they are (if they gossip to you, they gossip about you kind of thing), you will be ok. You should always protect your heart with anyone new, but I hope you don't stop believing in the goodness and importance of fellow women in our lives 🤗
ETA: The ecloth for glass is life changing. I buff stainless with it, dust the chandelier, and clean my eye glasses with it. Honestly, I haven't purchased glass cleaner in more than a year. The best part is there are NO streaks!!
The anxiety surrounding appointments/scheduled errands, etc. is for sure a struggle. It always was for me because my nature is very shy and reserved. In the last several years of working from home full time it has gotten worse. If I have a doctor's appointment I may reschedule it 2 or 3 times just because having to get fully dressed and leave the house gives me that anxiety.
I have to say since becoming a SAHM my depression and anxiety are awful. Depression was non-existent back then.
I totally understand about your kitties's hair. I lost my little terrier unexpectedly over Mother's Day weekend . I still find his hair in my home. I'm not ready for it, to go either. Love and prayers to you and your family!❤🙏

This is Barb not Bruce . I just want to say THANK YOU LYNN WHITE! Recently I started to watch your garage cleaning video! Bruce came into the room. I jokingly said this is one for you! So he sat down and watched it in entirety! He kept saying, “I have to start cleaning the garage!” After five years of promises regarding the garage cleaning he started that very same day following the video!! It’s not finished but we are in our early 70’s and it’s HOT in Tulsa ok area where we live! Ironically, I didn’t get to finish watching your video but I am rejoicing and enjoying the results of it ie my hubby cleaning the garage!! lol Also I did hear your statements about being hurt in the past by friends. I too know that pain and rejection but the Lord is good and I now have new friends who are true friends and like minded as well. Again Lynn thank you for your sweet closing comments on each video. Norwex! Their Enviro cloth and Window cloth are incredible, cleans 99% of germs with just water. All of my windows, glass and mirrors have only ever been cleaned with water and Norwex cloths. There is no build up or residue on anything. ☺ I am able to clean my entire house with Dawn dish soap, Vinegar and water, I will also use Norwex cleaning paste which I believe would be similar to the pink stuff. Happy Cleaning!

For my glass at home I use a regular microfiber towel that’s wet with water and then come behind with a dry glass cloth. I got them from amazon. It’s a just a glass and polishing towel. No chemicals just water. It’s amazing! I do love the e-cloths but they can’t be more expensive than generic ones.
I feel like I have always struggled with friendships too. It’s is the trust issues for sure 😬Great video and great advice and motivation 😀❤️👍

For glass cleaner I use washing up liquid cheap and cheerful. Wet cloth with suds from dish washer liquid and clean and buff glass with a dry cloth
I just ended a friendship because my friend was questioning my character. I too struggle with friendships. I'm 47 and really always have. I usually only have one close friend. And right now I don't even have that. But I'm in a point in my life trying to heal from traumas in my life. And all I need is unconditional love & support. And if that isn't what I'm getting then unfortunately I need to let that friend go.
I’ve had that happen to me. If someone truly questions my character have years of friendship, then they don’t really know me.

I use e cloth cleaning cloths and polishing cloths for almost every surface in my home. Mirrors, windows, tv screens, glass table tops etc, even our car windows and interior. They really cut down on the amount of cleaners needed around the home and leave a streak free shine. I swear by them.

I don't normally spend too much on cleaning products, but I bought the Norwex towels that clean glass which is fantastic. I no longer have to use any glass cleaner. In fact I wish I could afford another set in order to have an extra one when one set is dirty because it works that well, for me, anyway.

At least, that's what I do. I clean my house and pace myself. I can't clean the whole house in one day. I am retired and I maintain my home so it doesn't get too overwhelmed. Now due to body injuries, I pace myself. I would do one room at a time.

My favorite to clean glass is to make my own with vinegar, a splash of dish soap and water 🤩 I use it to clean counters etc as well, but it is amazing on glass!

There are a few woman at my church that I truly believe are wonderful woman of God. I am trying to be more open as well because I want close friends. Because I am the same exact way if I call you a friend I have your back 110%

👋 Lynn, I've got a great hack for that shower. I had one identical... same foggy old etc. On cleaning day I would spray it down and leave it AFTER I cleaned the rest of the bathroom. What I used on it worked amazing! And what I did at the end of the day because needed a shower would get in it and clean the whole shower and door down then I'd take my shower. (Get it) lol Clean shower... clean me. You will not have to kill yourself it basically wipes right off. House clean and beast shower cleaned. Hope this makes sense.
What I used you'll need a zep or really good quality spray bottle. I buy the zep one at Lowes. Cheap ones do not work. You'll have to spend the 4 dollars lol. I take a 4 cup glass measuring cup as easy to pour in bottle or can use glass bowl put 1 and half cups of white vinegar and 1 and half cups DAWN BLUE dish soap. I mix it together then I microwave for 3 minutes then stir. Let it sit in the glass about 10 to 15 minutes cool down a bit. You'll only heat it this one time umtll make another batch. Once cooled enough I put in the spray bottle. Ready to use and stays good till empty. Bathroom was the first room I cleaned on those deep clean days once rest of bath is clean i then spray the shower and door really good then leave the room and it... for an hour, 2 or 10 hours... It does have a strong vinegar smell so that's when I leave that room till end of day. It needs to sit. The smell does dissapate.. but at least it's not toxic and cleaned way better than any chemical. Door sparkled and no deep scrubbing. Occasionally I would use the chlorox bathroom spray on the grout but I did that after the shower and I was clean and calling it a day. I had to come up with something non-toxic and this ended up working great. Less work I assure you. I do not have that shower anymore did for 6 years, but I still use that spray mixture in my kitchen sink and new bathtub. Only sits in there a few minutes and wash it clean really cuts the grime. I hope you see this and try it. Literally wipes down in minutes. Once all done can spray the bleach spray leave on 15 minutes and rinse it's done. 95 percent of this job is you out of the way. No other chemical cleaned my shower better. That's my story hope it helps. I know it's not easy I dreaded it until this hack. Blessings friend to you and yours! I'm now going to watch the video.

@@mrslynnwhite I know it was a long one, but it was the only thing that really worked for me. I knew after a couple times I couldn't take the toxins. So that's how I found this and it actually worked better than the chemicals. I still sprayed the grout in in corners or where needed take the staining etc out. But minimal compared. I feel your pain! It didn't cause pain, dread or stress after I found this hack. Iunderstand the avoidance. It's not fun! Now that you've done the hard work every week to every other week you spray a nice coat. Leave it alone till you're ready to shower. I wish I could be there to show you lol. Same window, same shower door, floor etc. I am in Florida as well Clearwater area. I've wanted to write this many times or jump through the screen. I just was not sure it would be understandable I knew would be long but it's really simple. I watched your video after I made the comment... that's where I heard you mention non-toxic solutions. I'm a sprayway glass cleaner girl as well. I still keep it around. The couple chemical cleaners I use are in the garage in a caddy. I grab use a minute then back out. I don't keep them inside. I love Jesus as well! Be blessed

Lynn I have had several Dyson broom vacs & the batteries die. Plus I hate that you have to pull the trigger to run the vacuum. I got an LG broom vac at Costco with two batteries & two filters and after 3 years it’s still going. Plus the on/off switch is amazing! No more hand cramps! 😊

Get the e cloth for glass you will love it.I use mine for my glass and windows.I have a bloodhound so my sliding door is always full with slobber and nose prints the ecloth gets it off just with water.And to make window cleaner little bit off dawn vinegar and water in spraybottle perfect window cleaner.

I have trust issues with people also. I had a very dear friend that I loved so much, we were like sisters. When I needed here so didn’t have time for me, I was in the hospital giving birth to my still born son and she couldn’t be there for me she rather be at the club. I don’t let people in my space like that anymore, and it makes me really sad…

I have 2 spray bottles that I refill with half and half water and white vinegar and a few drops of dish soap. That's the only thing I use in my house. Floor to ceiling and everything in between. Toilet, windows, walls, counters, everything. I don't own a microwave anymore but when I did I used it on that too. ❤

I hate those toilet seat bolts. I’m the only one with a back that can bend! I think it is because it’s kind of upside down and backwards so I don’t automatically know which direction loosens the bolts. Takes multiple tools…and swearing 😂

My last friend ; we had been friends since kindergarten and I’m 59 now, showed a really horrible side to herself last week. She called me out on fb asking me about my medication and if it was making me feel better or do I still feel down? Is your medication helping at all? Wow! That blew me away! Everyone on my fb are family and people we went to school with. So not cool I hate opening myself up only to get hurt. I know I need to pray for good people in my life. Meds do help, but for me, they don’t “fix” anything so I can’t continue. I’m weaning myself off all of it. I’m balancing my hormones, getting healthier, and then I’ll see what I really need.

I use Norwex cloths with water and polishing cloths on glass and mirrors. The cleanest I've ever had. I know they are expensive but they lasts for years.

I'm 30 and have maybe one friend idk if they are really barely talk but I've always had trouble with friends I was picked on all my school times I had I'm really a homebody any way I rather text then call I don't like bars I really rather hang out in a quiet mutrul place I think that's probly why I don't have friends most or people here in Maine like bars or go eat. Some where stuff like that I'm not really all about that
I’m the same. It truly is tough. Social media makes it seem like everyone has besties. It’s just not true.
Your so much like me. I got major depression after my children were born. There were several things going on in my life that contributed to it but still. I agree exercise does definitely improve your mood and sets you to a good day start. One final thing I will not get into my bed until it's made. I have actually told hubby to get up while I make the bed. He thinks I'm nuts. Hahah your friend from Maryland. Hi im maura!
