Mr. Simon.... You are right about that.... positive thoughts... and I find that a walk at the park keeps that anxiety in check. I appreciate you so much. The way you talk about issues helps me a lot. Thank you for your counsel.

I pray to LORD, remember LORD’s grace, think about LORD’s admonitions, and thank LORD for courage and peace.

    Listen, hear my Dear,
    Don’t drop into your fear
Peace is within you, space is here.
Be calm, allow your view to be clear.

Thank you, Rabbi! My anxiety only hits when I'm at work under extreme stress. In following your advice, I suppose I could take a walk when I feel the stress coming on. thank you for what you do. I love your wisdom and willingness to share it.

Less coffee stop living in the future ( your own imaginary future) if you're anxious you are thinking of possible outcomes in a future that may or may not happen you're not living right now if you're depressed you're living in the past it cannot be changed just live in the present moment.

I think most of us have an instinct to follow this sound advice-stay busy, focus on the task at hand, finish it and move on to another. When you look up and see all the jobs done, there’s less to be anxious about. Trouble is, we now live in a world of constant interruptions-phone calls, emails, texts, notifications. I suggest turning the machines off. Turn them on once a day to check on things, like going to the mailbox, then turn them off again, then focus all your attention back onto the one task at hand. Multitasking seems to be admired. It’s not admirable if it’s driving you crazy.

I had powerful anxiety attacks for a bit. The only thing that helped me was reading the Bible, listening to gospel music, gospel programs and gospel movies.
My anxiety was caused by a demonic being that was harassing me while I was awake and asleep.

I had anxiety when I was trying to keep my 2 severely disabled children alive, for around 30 years, they both passed away - now I do not have fear or anxiety anymore

The anxiety of powerlesness can be overwhelming. It isn't easy, but we have to stand up, for ourselves, again, no matter how many times we are thrown into the gutter. Eventually, you'll get strong, and your demons won't be able to throw you down or trip you out, anymore. Just keep getting up again, no matter what kind of punches life throws at you.

focus on your the past because that's something you've accomplished you see you have more accomplishments in your past so one more you should be able to do as well, so before you know it you've accomplished your future which is now in your past. It all depends on where you put your focus.

0:12 l dived without oxigen all my life 100 feet fishing. If you fughting under water you forget you need to breath and can stay under for a long time. As soon as you start thinking of breathing or get scared that a snakefish is going to bite you under the rock you are laying on you need to sürface. Better not to be afraid than you can stay under longer and dont get anxiety that makes you need to breath.
