Bro took drug for alarm
So how is the great leader? 🤣
how thick are the slabs?
I did that exact same work decades ago, just for a few days, it was demanding. The most impressive moment is they put the cables into extreme tension before pouring the concrete.
Warning lights all over the place and loud horns. Everybody's going in worker's emplacements with thick steel doors, in case of a cable snapping. It's no joke.
they had laid out cables on friday I accidentally nicked one with a welding stinger over the weekend. I told them about it and they pulled it anyway. It held till the machine was 250' 1/2 way down then it snapped and got balled up in the machine. lmao
I've seen a rope go through a the rear and front windshield of a 4x4, let alone a steel cable!
I struggle to imagine the damage a snapping steel cable could cause.
Many horrendous accidents have occurred when tow ropes, tow cables or tow chains snap on vehicles. The stored energy is immense and God help anyone that gets caught in the whiplash.
I thought it interesting that even after cutting through the pre-stressed cable, it showed only minor shrinkage from the cut surface.
We did decades ago in Spore and we used beam for stressing and not single tendins
how efficient and clean working
Those siren noises and ice cream truck music would drive me crazy working there
Nice that you can make these videos. If anyone tried this in the USA, all the companies would refuse access, fearing you might get hurt and sue them.
Quick explaination on curing: Concrete is mixed with water to trigger the creation of crystals between the particles in the concrete which cause it to get hard. Thus, the wetter the concrete, the better it cures. That's also why they cover the slabs with blankets, so they don't dry out. And that's also the reason why you can actually build under-water structures in-place with concrete. Interestingly enough, concrete also binds the water permanently. So when you see concrete, it's actually soaked in water, even though it is dry.

Mr. Kim nice video thank you.
OK, a different question then, how are YOU doing?
Couldn’t be better! Thanks for asking :)

Never seen such a clean precast factory before, very impressive
Parabéns belo vídeo.
Strong and nice , Korea really strong in work.
Concrete on a grand scale!!
Neat video, great personality.
Looking forward to your next video.
More to come!
Your CC english is OK, man, no worries ❤ Thanks for your hard work.

Ill give you a year 😂. Your videos are the bestest.
Korea always becones a leading country...!
Great Video. Please give my regards to Mr Kim!❤
1:50 that's some eerie sounds playing, think I'd go crazy being a worker and having to listen to that all day.
Very cool.
Amazing seeing those slabs formed by extrusion , I'd been expecting the use of formers .
Siren sounds like 'the clangers' ,a british kids program from the 70s .
The music is so strange but cool!!!
BRILLIANT
This is so cool
♥️👍super, I like it 😊
what is the strength of concrete and what is it usually applied for? is it strong enough to applied for bridge?
Great
Musical cables! Für Elise fills the factory 😂. And 2:14 Clangers, without the soup dragon. Great video as always, brilliant text as ever.
I’d go crazy if I’d be hearing a tune that much during the day, no matter if that is Beethoven or Lady Gaga.
Muito interessante

Good video. Wonder what the weight of each is?
Thanks for sharing each one teach one there is no need to keep information for all of humanity is only here for a short time we are all just passing through
🎉🎉🎉🎉 wow good
Clear as mud.

!
and the Oscar for 'Best CC Comments in a Korean Documentary' goes to..... Factory Monster. (standing ovation from several people)
Wow Thanks :)
I agree. Your commentary is very funny.
👏👏👏👏
👏👏👏👏
Yes, I always laugh, very cute sense of humor!
How are the cavities made, did I miss that in the process?
Wow.

Good video, ı like. I cant but one of them but like and subscribe you 🙂 good luck to more videos.
Not only does Korea make the best cars in the world, but also the best concrete beams. Well done. Great upload.
but its Italian technology )))
Thanks,Be Safe
Those musical warning alarms would drive me crazy.
What kind of admixture being used is type f or purely water on it
Tnx
Love the videos, thanks for sharing. ❤❤❤
The workers in that factory must be sick from hearing Bagatelle in A minor, or Für Elise, by Beethoven all day as some the machines move around playing it as a warning... 🤣🤣🤣
That is a very impressive operation.
❤❤❤
Man, don't worry about your English, your videos is pretty self explanatory .
Make more videos about industry, and Thank you !
I appreciate that!
Over 1/8” strand slippage. Top of hallow core showing signs of mix being to wet. Curious as to next day breaks.
👏👏👏
!
I very much enjoyed this video, as well as I have enjoyed all the others that have shed so much light on the wonderful people of S. Korea. I also found your comment about having a year to study English interesting and very brave! There are so many Americans who have not at all mastered their own language, nor care to! It’s a very sad testament to the degradation of the U.S. public school system. Alas, I digress. Thank you for your diligent work on the videos.
what's the strength of concrete and how many wire strand used and also the size of wire strand used
What are those sounds for
Very interesting and funny comment :)
i do this kind of work at the moment.
THANKS and it's covered so it will cure slower. Slower is stronger. Thanks again.
The covering keeps the concrete from drying out. Water is necessary for concrete to cure. Parts that dry out aren't properly cured.
@@GilmerJohn That's what i said.
the best
@@RussianFans-vn6cj im a muslim 😁
Turn on closed-captions, thank me later.
How are you doing Mr. Factory Monster?
Szokás szerint remek videót készítettél. Habár a beton öntés-falformázás egy kicsivel több figyelmet érdemelt volna.
Great video, thank you! What is concrete and reinforcement grade?
Just say "Great!" - after all, Kim is the most common name in the South as well if I'm not mistaken - so there is bound to be a Mr. Kim who's doing great 🙂
Mr. Kim that they r always asking is the one who is in the North. That’t why I keep on saying “Ain’t North” :)
@Factory Monster sorry about the people who think they are being clever but are actually idiots.
Post tensioned is safer but pre tensioned much more exciting.
Funny comments, love it.
How stress given to wire for hollow core slab
ESSA CARA Q FICA TRADUZINDO TEM UM BOM HUMOR 😊
Great video! :) But what is happening on 3:59? I can't understand the purpose of those lines.
It's obviously pre tensioned, but I wonder how the cables are fixed in the sections they finally cut? Just by the concrete and drill of the cable strains themselves without anything additional?
yea you would think they would settle over time especially the strands in the core of the cable
I think listening to that Ice Cream Truck music all day would have me chopping up my co-workers with an axe by the end of the week.
How is Mr Kim ?
I thought pre-cast pieces like this needed a plate/anchor on the ends to hold tension. If they are able to cut the cables like this and still hold tension, then I learned something else today!
You are thinking of post-tensioned slabs.
I think :D
The friction force between the cable and set concrete is more than enough to hold the tension.
@@PedroPereira-si3sy yes that's correct. These are pretensioned and the concrete sets around the cables, gripping them along the full length.
One of the advantages of tension before pouring the concrete is that when the external tension is released, the steel expands and clamps itself.
Very good, but how is Mr. Kim doing?
HEY
