    ....pichle kayi saal se bana nahi bas building ke dhaanche ke rate day by day increase hote jaa rahe hain.....best project because sirf rate badh rahe hain....possession milne nahi wala....pichle 3 saal se sun raha hun bas possession milne wala hai
    ...promoter hi aisa hai...

    Rof aalyas worst project on expressway. Even its not on dwarka expressway its on upper expressway, construction is poor, not properly maintained, very less open area and cremation ground is on the entry

      Middle class hi h, sab middle ko aisa kyu sochte h k uske paas bas ek decent salary h, middle class must be owning a 70-80 lakhs flat currently so can easily sell it and purchase a property of 1.5 crore with 60-70 k emi.

      But sooner or later you will regret your decision because prices are never coming down. They will keep on increasing. Whenever you buy a property it will always look overpriced. Those who purchased a 3bkh under 50 lakhs 7-8 years ago thought 50L was overpriced but at this time 50L looks like nothing compare to current prices.
