But sooner or later you will regret your decision because prices are never coming down. They will keep on increasing. Whenever you buy a property it will always look overpriced. Those who purchased a 3bkh under 50 lakhs 7-8 years ago thought 50L was overpriced but at this time 50L looks like nothing compare to current prices.
