- Hey Babes! Thanks for hanging out with me today! Im so excited to share this video today. Its def my FAV video to date! I have personally benefited from castor oil packing. Since the early age of 16yrs I suffer from fiboristic cysts in both of my breast. I had to have them surgically removed at 16 yrs old, since then they have come back. I have ultrasounds to every 6 months to monitor the size so we can make sure they dont get larger. Since my castor oil packing journey my fibroids have shrunk 1mm in size! Yay!

Did the castor oil cause you to bleed more on periods? I want to dissolve fibroids but also trying to stop long, heavy periods causing anemia.
I rub the oil directly in to my skin, let it soak in, apply cloth then heat source. Much easier & not so messy.

I just learned about this recently. I rubbed my stomach twice with castor oil before my cycle. When I had my cycle after trying the oil, had sharp pain in my lower left side of my back. Second day I usually had heavy bleeding, however, this time was not only heavy but also I had clumps. Huge sized not quarter size. So I started to do my research and found out that castor oil can help reduce inflammation, endometriosis, and fibroids. I’m so glad that all those clumps came out naturally “unintentionally” will continue using castor oil after I finish my cycle. Im almost 50 years old and I just learned about this. Amazing!

Gosh. First off I have used the same castor oil pack for a year before getting a new one ..I also used to store it in a plastic bag ..back about 14 yrs ago I used to go to bed and sleep with it attached to my abdomen which I used just a waist trimmer to wrap around it and then slept with a heating pad on .get up the next morning and wash it off . Then do a coffee enema ..I lost 43 pounds in 2 months by doing this every single day ! I lost a lot of inflammation(water retention too ) it's truly a good combo ...i have also passed stones this way as well 😳. The castor plant is also called the ( palm of Christ ) its very healing 💙

I understand our bodies are complex. So not one solution fixes all. But for issues I’ve had, I’ve been researching iodine. Fibroids and heavy breast were issues that benefited greatly from iodine. I take Lugol’s 2% solution. Wanted to pass this on 💕

I would highly suggest not using the castor oil from plastic since those plastics can be absorbed through your skin. I use organic, hexane free, cold pressed castor oil (about $16) and just pour two tablespoons on every night while I'm relaxing for bed. I also reuse my wool for about 6 months and just store it in a glass jar by my couch. I do it at least 4-5 times a week and have been for about 2 years. It helps with bowel movements, sleep, and cysts, but mainly for me it's the period pain that is completely gone if I consistently pack.

I wkuld but i just ordered a dark bottle of organic castor oil and i thought it was glass and its not, it was too pricey for me to throw away and too big 😩😩

So happy I found your video! I have the same condition with my breasts. Lately they’ve been very susceptible to hormonal changes and they make me so uncomfortable. It always passes but I’m going to try this for relief. Taking iodine is the only thing that’s helped me, I do hot yoga daily too but my body is so used to it I need something else
Bonus tips:
1. Don’t use low quality oil
2. Don’t skip a skin patch test
3. Don’t apply too much oil
4. Don’t use while pregnant
5. Don’t use while menstruating
6. Don’t apply heat to active infections
7. Don’t rely solely on packs for medical treatment
8. Don’t share your pack with others
9. Don’t ingest large quantity of castor oil

Is it necessary to saturate the flannel again for next use, as it would still be well saturated after one use, no? Can the same flannel on the first use, be used on another part of the body during the same session? Which other parts of the body is it safe to use in a mostly healthy 60 year old female body with digestive issues (chronic bloating, constipation, slow digestion) and just as a precaution against any future issues? How often would you recommend it for someone who does not have any specific health complaints?

I have done this. Very infrequently now. Ever try turpentine distilled from pine trees ? Teaspoon a day occasionally and wow this makes you feel good all day and night.

Thank you. I have been using castor oil packs for years. It is wonderfully healing.
A few bits of advice, in my opinion.
1- Take that time to completely relax, in a meditative state.
2- 1 teaspoon of baking soda in warm water cleans off the oil from the skin.
3. Hexane free organic castor oil is best. 16 oz bottle.
Edgar Cayce recommend castor oil packs around 5 thousand times in his medical readings. ❤️

I use a a cotton cloth my baby's old musslen cloth, then I wrap cling film, then a hot water bottle with a towel over it.
It is very powerful. Really helped with bloating and fluid retention. Only did it once, but definitely doing it again soon.

I am new to this. Using a hot water bottle seems convenient as everyone has one lying around, but it may not be so good to distribute the heat all around to the kidneys, no?

Have you tried ivermectin for Lyme disease? It’s effective for parasites. I was wondering if it would work for Lyme disease also?
I went to a functional health doctor when I had Lymes. I did several treatments of UBI each month for several months. It is done by IV with takes out some of your blood and treats it with several frequencies of ultraviolet light. It kills viruses, bacteria, and parasites. You can google UBI treatments to learn more. I did eight months of Andres liver, gallbladder cleanse and the last one I did the eighth month which was back in April. My gallstone came out and they were bigger than not using the castor oil pack. So do the castor oil pack the night of the purge and the stones will be coming out larger and pass easier? That was my own experience
I would say replace those metal tongs with some wooden or silicone ones. On a microscopic level , some metal is leeching into the castor oil

I am getting ready to do this more seriously and this has been the most helpful video so far and exactly how to do it other than using Dr. Marisol’s which is not really the right shape for the area I need to do which is pain under my breasts and the rib cage. I am starting this today. I’m getting off of alcohol. I have drank for ten years heavy. Hoping this helps me get some healing.
If you're EMF sensitive like me, use a hot water bottle not a heating pad (which is electric). AND I would measure out 3 Tablespoons of oil and distribute that evenly in a 12"x24" piece of wool flannel. I wouldn't over saturate it. Since you'll be lying down, the oil will naturally drain towards your body. If your flannel isn't saturated enough with 3 Tablespoons, I would add a teaspoon more but not oversaturate it.

Yes I'd agree, this seems excessively wasteful and castor oil seems to be getting scarcer to access and more expensive,here in ireland anyhow). The hot water bottle is a great idea❤

How did you do a liver and gallbladder flush?
@@yakemalatyfa6575 so she said drink apple juice, water, and phosphorous drops for five days, then on the sixth day I did the same thing but I fasted and at night I had to drink 1/2 cup olive oil mixed with lemon juice and water. It made me SUPER nauseous but that was the liver and gallbladder flush she recommended!

@@perfectly_imperfect2345 hi! I only saw one and it was about the size of the tip of my finger, so it wasn’t super big. And no I didn’t have an ultrasound. For me, I’ve read colonics and enemas are dangerous, but honestly this is my second year doing enemas regularly and I’ve never had anything horrible happen. No infections, no diarrhea, nothing crazy. I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum so I’m incredible biased towards natural remedies. I would rather risk something go wrong with a colonic or enema than get surgery but that’s just me. Because again I’ve had nothing go wrong with them and I’ve done them for two years 😂
However, if you are in a lot of pain, maybe surgery would be a good option for you!

Learning more on the Castor oil pack and you said not to store the wool flannel in plastic because the oil absorbs the plastic. How is it different from buying in plastic bottle? Shouldn’t it be bought in a glass bottle?

Gracie M just massage in a couple of drops and leave it overnight. I don’t do it very often because it works so fast on me 😅 I guess just use as needed :)

Thanks for this video. I got an ultrasound done almost a year ago they found a Small fabriod 1.2, this month I had another test and it's growing 1.6. the doc says not to worry but I can't do that knowing it's growing bigger. I will start using this method. Thank you again

I think i currently have an ovarian cyst that might be ruptured at the moment and im doing my first castor oil pack with what I have.....a little bit of cotton pads saturated in castor oil, covered by a ziploc bag and my heating pad. I also have really sore breasts for two years now so ill be doing my breasts when my big bottle comes with my seran wrap. Im excited. I love home remedies.

Thank you. I had a question about storage. So once you used the cloth you store it back it the frig inside the glass? could you just store away without the frig? And how many uses do you get out of one cut cloth?
Great question... I’ve only stored mine in the fridge... so not sure if it would hold up not stored in the fridge? I would say I get about 5-7 uses out of one cloth.. then I use a fresh one. 😉
It’s not necessary to store in the fridge. Castor oil does not get rancid or spoil. Only put in the fridge if you like the pack cold. 🤷🏻♀️

Same story!! Iodine works for me too but I ran out and here I am a month later with sore and swollen boobies!
Interestingly I just moved back to MN from CA where I was in the ocean at least half the days a week. No breast issues for years (I literally forgot about them). The iodine, salts, magnesium Vitamin E etc in the cold sea water is a cure for so many things including my cystic breasts. Needing an ocean like remedy and excited to try the packs.

I see a two-ounce bottle of castor oil on Amazon in a glass bottle. Would 2 oz be enough to drench the wool flannel, or do you think I would need perhaps four ounces??
Key Winter 2oz might be enough for 1 use...but I would go for the 4 oz just to be safe 😉

Hi there- thank you for popping by and great Q’s! In regards to menstral cycle... you can do before or after your period. Maybe not right before your cycle if your experiencing cramps. This is safe if you haven’t had children yet. Just don’t do while pregnant. I’m actually currently pregnant 🤰🏼🥰
