I have tried this and I must adit it was frustrating how long it took to rise and proof. However, it was absolutely delicious and better than almost every pizza I have ever eaten. The dough is ABSOLUTELY delicious! I am definitely commenting on this so that I can find this video easily when I want to make it again.

Made this and it turned out fantastic! I may have been a long process but it so worth it! The flavor was amazing and it did not last 24hrs. Thank you for showing us how to make this! I plan to do it again in the future
I am definitely going to make this for a function I have coming up. Your recipe is so much easier and has fewer steps to making it. Love the fact that the sauce, cheese, basil, bell peppers and pepperoni get mixed in with the bread dough. 😋 Keep up the great work!!
Gemma Stafford i made it for dinner but after i took it out of the pan i added more cheese on top then put it back in the oven to melt and it was incredible

I'm definitely making this recipe. I've never taken a moment to say thank you because a lot of these recipes I have used at home and I have a daughter that is lactose intolerant so I learned how to make her ice cream and I learn how to make her snacks that she can actually eat by watching this channel thank you so much.

YUM! I never thought to do this and it would be super easy to customize! I am meat and dairy free so when we do pizza nights, mine end up looking really sad. What a fun way to jazz it up! I only have one bundt pan I have done breads like these in a flat pan as well which would work well because I know that the more traditional eaters in the family would want all the fixins (so I'd have to divide it in 2)! Thanks for the great idea Gemma! I will be making this soon!!
This is a fermented dough, it will be good to go after about eight hours, it will stay good for a few days in the fridge. Nice used after about 12 hours :)
at school, i made a similar thing during fcs. we used biscuit dough that you could by in grocery stores in those weird cans that you hit open instead of making dough. we cooked it in the microwave for 5 minutes and it turned out amazing!
Just saw you on TV I had to come here and say your accent is awesome sounds Irish but I'm probably wrong. And that looks really good I think I will make that. Thanks for the idea. I'm use to monkey bread which is awesome but never thought of doing this!

As a college student, the videos you make are SO helpful! It is nice to be able to make such great home-cooked meals without breaking the bank. Especially your mug meals, they are really simple and loaded with better nutritional value than any of the "ready-to-eat" meals. Thank you!

While I'm no expert baker, I make a lot of beer. And over oxygenating your yeast can lead to a lot of problems and infection, under oxygenation will not allow to yeast to grow.
Funnily enough, no German baker would ever put cling wrap on a dough containing yeast. We only ever cover it with a clean cloth (so, yes, of course, air will come in). And it rises perfectly and shows the best of results! So, in amazement, I must state that obviously it really doesn't make a difference whether you apply the German or the British / American method!

Thank you gemma. It wasmy first time with yeast and dough making. Everyone loved this recipe. I doubled the pepperoni amount. Also added some chopped coriander leaves insdie since I love the green effect. It was delicious. I was worried that I would have to throw this in the bin since I am a total noob in the kitchen. But this was a classic masterpiece.

In Ireland, blood temperature means it's warm enough that you can put your hand in it with no discomfort.
We call it body temperature.
