As mentioned in the video the Toshiro is the SR that really stuck out to me as being higher overall when we compare to yellow bleach, which is on paper is just as good, so what remains to be seen is how yellow bleach changes over the next couple weeks and how much "NA Favorites" impacts the overall sales. Traded in some magic cards for store credit opened 3 boxes for $180 total, pulled 4 kurapika sr,s and every other card I needed so without buying any singles I’ve made a full kurapika deck and have enough cards to start making blue bomber or phantom troupe
Very rarely will I do a market video similar to this one, because I don't want people to feel like I'm trying to manipulate the market or anything negatively, but hopefully I provided enough information here to help others buy cards in the future!
You should definitely upload some gameplay of Blue Bomber, ordered the deck last night along with Blue Specified Slot for like $45, then Green Bleach for like $70.
I plan to cover every deck on the channel for gameplay sooner or later! Right now just trying to balance supporting locals and trying to organize events for everyoen and getting time to test/record for YT
The big two are still $20, and Unohana just spiked $5! Still more movement going up for certain cards, but I did notice a few other alt arts moved around a bit
@KozmicPlays I need to see what the hxh cards are doing seem that set is neglected a bit, I noticed buying boxes last night there tons more stock of hxh and it's several dollars cheaper.
Gotta love it when big stores like coretcg and storm surge try and dump their stuff on TCGplayer. Definitely looking into UA longer term. Curious how code geass does due to popularity and meta. Also I have a case of HxH starter decks fs for cheap. Like $300 shipped 😅
Pulled my signed hisoka from prerelease and held. Always known hisoka will be the most popular of the five. He’s a messed up character, but we got hardcore irl fanbase for him haha. He’s about to go off in manga along with kurapika as well. Gon and killua got fans too (myself included). But most are likely general fans. those two are taking a break from manga for a bit. Hopefully I can eventually build a deck with signed hisoka..until then..kurapika❤
Glad I have a Japanese Ichigo and Rukia from when i went to Japan earlier this year lol, just gonna use those for now till I can buy some more english ones
My updated list is the one i posted on the channel but going to 4x Ichigo color trigger and 4x Ichigo special for hard removal against the kurapika deck. no other notable changes
I think also has to do with how allocations made bleach product harder to get. Once the second wave comes out I’m sure market will go down for bleach. My locals only had 5 boxes of bleach on release
The issue with a second wave, which I still h aven't been able to confirm locally but have heard from others multiple times now, is that people aren't waiting a month to finish their decks so the demand is going to be a lot lower for any new stuff to get opened. I am curious to see how it impact prices now, but could be helpful down the road if Ichigo jumps up too high
@@KozmicPlays yea I was lucky and had a friend who opened 2 cases of bleach, he helped me complete all my playsets after I opened the 5 boxes so I’m really not effected by it. I pulled a sig toshiro and he traded a sig byakuya plus those since it’s his fav captain. And you’re right about the AA ichigo I was suprised it was below $30 at one point, and rangiku is definitely only high because waifu tax as you said she isn’t played at all, but as someone who wants a playset of all the AAs it that hurts to see lol

I've noticed this with bleach as well, the sets are so small that you technically will get enough to build 2 decks from a case minus the SR's

I also think people will start recycling they’re cards for there more favorite IPs that’s coming out in the future so that could help with prices too
