Fantastic video, very well demonstrated. I had both knees replaced 6 weeks ago. Despite this, I found the exercises very do-able, and the stances comfortable (unlike some exercises, where you feel really contorted). I couldn't do the number of reps recommended, but will work up to them. My knees, which are still sore & tight, felt much better after just one set, so I'll be adding this workout to my post-op exercises. I really thank you very much, Dr Kormanik, for posting them.
