I Made Another Mistake! CAT 310 Excavator, See Description

I accidentally posted the wrong video of the CAT 310 excavator using a 3' bucket in hard red shale. Hopefully this is the right video.

Nice video... Machines over 75hp sets it into a different class and far as engine emissions... The cat 313gc also has about the same size engine. The regular 313 has a 90 hp motor..Then you get into the def and all that emissions crap.

Thanks for watching. Thankfully I haven't had any emissions problems with my 299. I'm still in the market for an excavator, looking at CAT 307.5, Kubota KX080, and my neighbor is trying to talk me into a SANY. Not sure which way I will go. I would love to have another piece of CAT equipment because STOWERS CAT has been awesome to work with, but price is a big consideration in our new economy.

You Should control how you dump the material out. That loud bang at the end will wear out or damage things. You don't need to max out the dump rotation on the bucket.

Thanks for the input and for watching. I'm still a newbie on an excavator and you make a good point. I try to avoid it on my CTL but it still happens sometimes 🙄

Yes, unfortunately it's gone up about 25% in the last year.
