Do you even know what does the word "jihad" mean or are just tapping what u've heared from western propaganda?
The word jihad itself means struggle
The word jihad can be used in different contents
Firstly it is used to express your struggle in studying
Someone who is working so hard to get good marks ,we say in Arab youjahido which a verb mean he's struggling with study
Second,it is used to express someone's struggle with things that's forbidden in the religion
So if someone is doing his best to not drink alcohol and to not involve in haram relationship with woman ,he is doing jihad with his nafas(his soul and desires)

I am 15 and going through a tough time myself rn but somehow knowing that failing is not associated with age and that I can always work on myself makes me feel more hopeful for the future.

Not sure what to do my old personal trainer said following workout apps don’t get you results because they are not programmed for your personal body and that I won’t get the best results bc the exercises on the app are different every week
I also want to add that I loved this video! I used to workout 5x a week in the gym and I absolutely dreaded it and I only did it bc that’s what I seen 90% of women do on Instagram and on UA-cam so I followed the crowd…. Now I’m doing a hybrid split as week Pilates and weights 3x a week. Which is nice bc I dread intense workouts so only doing them 3x a week for 1 hour is perfect

I really want to start my gym girlie era but I am struggling with the hijab , It would be fantastic if you would make a video of how manage you manage to workout without the hijab moving etc.. as a hijabi. It might surely help others too! BTW thanks for your advices!!

Advice Needed!!!!!
Hi everyone, I'm a 25 years old female on a weightloss journey, I'm currently in the gym 4-5 days a week and I've been in the gym on and off since last year April.
I know weight loss is a combination of diet and excersize, however with the surge of the cost of living in my country it's difficult for me to afford both the gym and a balanced diet.
I'm constantly hungry and riddled with gas even when I think I've had enough food. So clearly I'm doing something wrong which means I'm frequently uncomfortable or in pain.
I really wanna loose the weight however increasing my food budget is not feasible at all for me even though I'd love to do so.
Should I stop the gym and focus on nutrition and walk/skip daily
Walking is the only form of cardio I enjoy and I'd be open to adding some skip roping and eventually running
I'm just fustrated because I don't wanna stop the gym but it feels like I never eat enough to fuel my excersizes and even when I do think I've eaten enough the gas pain hits me later at night.
