- With Skimmers, getting into Insight Terminus is much easier, so I've finally made a video on it :D
Skimmers let you do some things that would be a bit difficult to do on a sparrow. While we've had this route for a while, I've not been able to do it myself since my sparrow-fu isn't strong enough, but with skimmers it's a breeze. You'll need a buddy to help out with the syncbox. I sorta skimmed over the description in this one, so you may want to refer to my syncbox guide here if you have trouble:

Thanks to The Cube17 and Elite, Eater of Crayons for helping out with this video, and Mad and/or Corolla, who used something like that spot for the original dropbox to there. Ah, those were simpler times. At least we've still got syncbox...
Oh, and also Bachmanetti, who has reminded me that I forgot about out of map at the actual boss arena, which is rather neat. He also did do that climb up to the top of the pillars long before we had those fancy climbing tools.

I remember back then we all trying to use the finisher desync to try to get out of box. It's really cool seeing you get there on patrol and the unloaded version is the icing on the cake :D
Yeah, a shame the angles didn't really line up well for Quantum Finisher back in the day.
I'm hoping to use some skimmer shenanigans to get into the Savathun mirror dimension in Sanctum of the Brood Queen. Should work assuming we can find a reasonable spot to make a Quantum Skimmer, and can floor breach like a Quantum Sparrow can... The old sparrow route was too hard for me to pull off.

Jesus Froggy, thats geneious! Keep the sparrow or skimmer and use it in OOB. And not reach the loadpoint. Thats what I really need to try for investigation! Thank you!
It can be pretty handy, especially when you can get behind the loadzone easily, but getting a vehicle out of map is otherwise difficult.

I've run into some pretty silly stuff there. The weird purple eye in Quagmire's lost sector is probably my favorite.
I was able to get out in Quagmire and make it down to the temple of the wrathful load via the skimmer techniques you mentioned here.

Thanks for the great content as always froggy, any chance you could take a look at the onslaught maps? Specifically midtown seems to have a lot of interesting terrain OoB that you can see from deathcam
Was there earlier. You can go under the map, in a similar way that you can on the PvP map. I don't generally do much with those 'cause of the potential for them to be abused in matches. Most interesting thing we saw was some spots with missing textures. The sort that just leave whatever was last on screen in them.
@@Froggy618157725have you explored out of the pyramid ship on midtown?, if you go through the gap in the ceiling you could go round and fully exit the pyramid, has an interesting skybox with a lot around and the pyramids super far under the map. Haven’t checked on the other maps yet though
I haven't yet, though I heard they patched some boss room hole. Hopefully the one you're talking about is still there.

Why did you use the non enhanced eager edge?, Great video btw as always
Because crafted eager edge is bad at ammo gen. And unless you want to go flag hunting all the time, the tradeoff just isn't worth it for any long trips.
That should change next season when you can enhance a non crafted eager edge rolled weapon.
Can you make a guide on how to start oob-ing, with all the basic technics and that stuff?
He has a small glitch Playlist. Which has oozing in it. There is another creator that also has an OOB guide which is newer than frogged glitch guides.
However, everything always changes. Depending on where you're at and what you're doing the best technique will change quickly.
The best thing to start with is finding holes, ways to glitch out the map with sparrows and all the little goodies. Then of course moving around, titan flying, sparrow flying, etc. Over time you'll get better at these mechanics. I'm still personally learning some oob mechanics. And I've been doing it for 7 months.
This is my glitch guide playlist. It should cover most of the tech I use. I'm planning to make a new one for sword flying since there's been a decent amount of minor tech stuff there I made the height and flight guide.

It might be hard to get stuff to lower ur light in the final shape since things won’t require at base power. Unless theres a source I’m forgetting its prob best to leave some stuff uninfused
Everything will be boosted to 1900 or whatever the new min is. Many areas won't even have power enabled, so it's unclear if gear light will do anything at all there. When it does matter, max fireteam difference will be 5, so you'll need to play some funny tricks to take advantage of it.

You can syncbox/grapple fly out of the first zone to get past the second blue barrier, and from there it's pretty straightforward. Alternatively if you can manage to get a quantum sparrow there you can also do it the old way...

Yesterday I did the wish-keeper mission and broke the mission after I briefly went out of map and hit a load wrong.
I wasted like 30 min trying to figure out what to do in the area with the locked portal (except there was no portal) , only to realize it was broken there was supposed to be stuff there. 😭 I had to backtrack to fix it

Don't think you can from inside the boss arena. I did forget to check out out of map in Quite Epiphany, but it is a neat area as well.

Yeah, I think there's a few. One of them is the main one I use in that area.
Hello Mr. Frog, I have a question regarding the glyth to get to the galaxy pool, I was trying with two friends and we met in the part of the dark forest with the lusta board to do the infinite jump but for some reason my friends didn't think it would work. It was jumping infinitely and we stayed there, can you tell me what I was missing or why that point didn't come out? I clarify that I speak Spanish so the automatically generated subtitles do not always find the key, it is also that I was doing it on an Xbox One S, I don't know if that would affect anything.

Yeah, there's one in the Devil's Lair strike in the boss arena, haven't gotten around to going there yet, but I probably will at some point.

You need to swing quickly to get that benefit, and usually that's not what you want to do for sword flying. It does have its uses though.

Maximum sword flight range is probably eager edge, since you can coast in the air for a bit. At least for powered sword flight. Nadir is best for extreme range because the perk procs on an empty sword, but it's very tight timing. Impractical for most things.
