That breakfast will get you set up for the day. And the best part is there is no sight of avocado toast. I remember my Mom back in the 1970s making breakfast on weekends. She would fry the bacon and get an inch of fat on the pan. Then she would fry the eggs in the bacon fat. Then she would fry the sliced bread in the bacon fat. Sometimes there would be blood sausage too. We were kids then and didn't pay attention to fat content, but those breakfasts were fun meals with the family.
Granddad Joe I always cook with lard my mum did aswell people say lard is bad for you but it's not people have been using it for years what a good breakfast love fran xxxxx❤❤❤❤
A we tip mannie, put your plate in the microwave for 30 seconds and yor plate will be warm for you save on electricity by putting the oven on nice breckie bye the way 👍
I’m American, and for decades our government says to eat these processed oils , which now they deem toxic, my grandparents were fit well into their 90s and they used lard and animal fats…my question is what is Talo and which animal fat is the best to use , I really love bacon fat myself , but I’m open to try others . ❤🇺🇸💙
@Bob-v6h8t Can't stand hot food on cold plates. I do the same with my eggs as I also like mine white on top.The fat is where the flavour is. The weight loss industry has made people so paranoid about food. The type of food has nothing to do with it. It's all about the number of calories. In older people, it is better for them not to be skinny as the fat layer under the skin helps to protect the bones if the fall.
