One time long ago someone had a PHENOMENAL game with flashbombs(no teemo) against me, and I’ve been trying to get Caitlyn to win ever since! And I figured since flash bombs and time bombs chip away at health they could be paired to clear our opponents boards. So here we are with Zilean Caitlyn🤣
I actually had not considered either option, but I really like the idea of the fisherman making them draw more but adds stress with the fleeting factor!!

I like the idea. Have you considered adding more draw/hextech foundry to get your caitlyn online faster?
I would almost swap out sunken temple for foundry, and maybe add the 4/4 fisherman guy

Also even if you don't build your deck around teemo, having him/some puffcap package wouldn't be the worst since it makes caitlyn do more damage.
