Yes car insurance is the biggest rip off in the world and in the United States AT&T is the absolute biggest ripoff company. There are people out there paying AT&T phone bills that literally only have one phone. And are paying more than they would if they were paying for a brand new vehicle car payment Some are even paying what it cost to to have the car payment and the car insurance payment put together of what you would pay for a 50,000 brand new vehicle payment. If you ever want to save money in your life cancel AT&T and save yourself a headache and do it in person even if it means a lengthy Drive. No one should ever be paying more than $50 a month for unlimited phone service. Anything above that in the United States you're being ripped off. And by the way that $50 includes tax.

Also avoid the trap where you give one company all your business (home, auto & umbrella).you think they would reward loyalty but forget it. Shop around!
I just experienced the same scenario with Allstate. I’m 64 years old and I had been with Allstate for years and a clean driving record. I would have been happy to have my rates stay flat but instead they always rose with each policy renewal. This month my auto insurance policy renewal included a $954.00 increase in my yearly rate. This was for a 1994 Ford F 150, liability only, and a 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. I sent two emails to my agent asking for a reason this was happening and got no answer. I contacted an agent who found a comparable policy for me at less then half of what Allstate was charging. I should have done this years ago. Better late then never.
Well, one thing is for sure. These insurance companies are ripping off people. After COVID many are working from home and don’t travel much. Ridiculous premiums to say the least. Why so much even when modern autos have all the safety features?
@@Wickwatcher Exactly. Except that for anything bigger than a very small dent, they are no longer repairable, and get totaled. And newer cars tend to be VERY expensive.
I was with USAA for almost 20 years. When I moved to MD, their quoted rates for home and auto was just too much, so I decided to shop around. Ended up with Progressive Ins based strictly on their rates. BIG MISTAKE on my part. Service was terrible. Rates roses by nearly $400 in less than two years. Found out the reason for the sharp increase was I had used roadside assistance once when my vehicle needed a tow. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to rates my rates that much for using a service I PAID to be included in my policy. Needless to say, I moved on and shall never return. I wonder if USAA will take me back (for a reasonable price, of course)????
Had All-State for 21 years. Late payment one time when bank system was down. Called. Phone payment. Went on 10 day vacation and got back, cancellation notice in the mail same day we paid on the phone. Dumped them and went wit Travelers
I was with Allstate for 33 years.2 years ago, when i bought another used car, i found out my daughter (who is now in her mid 30's) was still on my policy, even though i received a letter about 15 years ago that she will be no longer on my policy.I dropped Allstate like a hot potato and switched to Progressive for a lot less $$$.
It’s unlikely she affected the cost of your policy, if she was 21 or older. You should have been able to point this error out to the company through your agent. If confirmed the company would be obligated to refund any overcharges. The general public often believes the number of drivers affects the cost of the policy. Age, gender, and driving record is all that affects auto rates, and the type of vehicle being insured.
Insurance companies love a customer like you, who has faithfully paid premiums for 15 years without ever looking at the details of your policy or comparing rates.
As for any insurance that you purchase.....it does not matter if you get the absolute lowest price for coverage...IF their claim handling is terrible. Unfair and untimely settlements. Slow to respond to your reported claim. Unwilling to use OEM parts for repairs. Unfair and slow third party claim handling. You are paying for insurance coverage and the associated claim handling services offered. You may have pay slightly more to get the coverage and services you expect and deserve.
If you believe your insurance claim wasn’t what you think it should be, contact your state insurance department and file an unfair insurance claim against your insurance company. There is no cost to you and state insurance departments are generally very consumer friendly, but there has to be proof the claim has merit. Getting a lawyer is costly and generally not necessary unless the claim involves bodily injury or a fatality.
I’m retired now, but I was an Independent Multiline Insurance Agent for 38 years. I began as a company agent but I quickly became aware of the limitations that come with being a one company agent. I left that company after 8 years and opened my own Independent Insurance Agency. I eventually obtained contracts with 20 Insurance companies. An independent agent’s advantage is obviously the ability to represent multiple insurance companies. Single company agents obviously attempt to sell and maintain insurance based on their companies name, reputation, and national advertising. The company trains their agent to sell their products based on service and the companies nationally recognized name. They are cautioned not to get in the habit of selling on price because insurance cost are subject to frequent changes. Independent agents can sell on price because they represent multiple insurance companies, so they can easily move their customers to a more competitive company when that’s necessary. They can also provide coverage for virtually any vehicle or any driver with multiple tickets, accidents, or DUI’s. Insurance companies that contract independent agents don’t advertise very much or at all. They leave that up to their agents to advertise their agencies. Obviously that lowers their cost of doing business and that allows them to sell their products at a lower premium. Most folks aren’t aware of Independent Insurance Agents so they naturally gravitate to the State Farm’s, Allstate, and Nationwide type companies assuming they have the lowest rates. An Independent Agent can easily feed your information into their computer and shop your insurance needs with multiple company’s in less than five minutes; and then provide you with a printout with all the companies prices.
This makes sense because I’m currently with Geico, and they raised the price tremendously when I traded my lease. I looked into liberty mutual online and entered basic info, a lady called me and asked me if i wanted her to pull up more quotes from other companies. I was confused, thinking she only worked for Liberty Mutual. She came back with Plymouth Rock being the cheapest of the 2. So now I’m currently researching reviews. But I was side eyeing wondering why the agent would do that.
I'm experiencing the same situation with State Farm right now. could you suggest or name someone like that, I'd like to try it. Right now State Farm raised my policy by 20% compared to six months ago
@@methadone74 contact a couple of Independent Agents. They will shop your insurance with multiple companies. Make sure you tell them exactly what coverages you want and deductibles, so everyone is quoting you the same coverage. If you like your State Farm coverage and limits tell the agent you want to compare the price for the exact coverage you have now.
Check the homes of most insurance agents. No surprise here. If you ask them for a lower insurance price on auto and home, they can't seem to find one. But they can sure find a reason to increase your rates. Most everyone I talk to despise Insurance companies, who really don't give a damn if we like them or not. It's a racket to get rich.
Surprisingly, you don't want USAA in Florida. 21 years with the company. Zero tickets and zero at fault accidents. Two drivers age 66 for regular driving, and I live in a primarily rural part of a primarily rural county. Have a Tacoma and a RAV4--our current rate is $10,540/yr. (The Tacoma alone was $1500 in March.) Needless to say, I'm shopping around.
Good thing you did! ..2 drivers over age 60 and under 65, 2 new vehicles 2022 Honda Civic Touring and 2023 Toyota Camry XSE V6, full coverage, Allstate Insurance Platinum plan (accident forgiveness, plus a couple of other benefits) 6-month premium in 2023 was approximately $1,450 x 2 = $2,900 annual coverage. ln late 2023, the New York State Dept. of Insurance allowed all Auto Insurance Companies a 9 Percent Increase, which used to be 5 Percent. Allstate said I am now a Senior Citizen at age 62, and my 6-month Premium jumped 26 percent from $1,449 to $1,881. With Full Pay $1,881 gets reduced to $1,799 or a saving of $82. Zero Accidents, Zero Tickets, Excellent FICO Credit score, and been with Allstate for 21 years. My wife and I drive our vehicles less than 6K miles per year. My premium has never been reduced, does increase some every year. I was hoping to change Ins. Co. but there appears to be little or no chance of that happening. Live in Upstate New York, a few hundred miles from NYC aka "the Dreaded Apple". January 2024 Research 6-month quotes from State Farm is $2,120; USAA customized $1,547 with fewer options and coverage areas than Allstate.; AAA is $1,821 but coverage and discounts were close but no cigar.; Farmers Insurance Group a super shock of $4,924 for 6 months, guess Farmers Ins. think I own 2 Lamborghinis or 2 Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Not a Geico or Progressive fan ... Pros and Cons and found too many Cons with both Geico and Progressive. Did not look into Liberty Mutual, Kemper, Travelers, or other companies.
All the insurance rates are headed up. My good friend owns body shops and parts and labor costs are going through the roof. His comment was that normally State Farm is the best to deal with at claim time as far as doing the right thing for the customer.
I had ERIE insurance for over 20yrs. Never had a ticket or accident during that time. My insurance agent called in August and said they found us a better policy 600 cheaper. Of course we took it and have already received a check back for good driving. Oct 30th, neighbor came home at 2:30 am backed directly into rear quarter panel ripping bumper cover from car, both taillights causing 5,400 in damages. Called ERIE on the spot, said " yes he's covered and an agent will call you tomorrow". Adjuster showed up the next day and gave us the total. Been calling ever since and they claim they cannot get a hold of their insured. Say to turn it in to our insurance. Don't use ERIE

Currently in CA paying $506 for six months and limits are only 25/50. Moving to WA and carrier doesn't write there so went with State Farm. $370 for six months and my limits are maxed at 500/500. I am 53.
Selling insurance going on 51 years and I agree with Larry S. I also switched from direct writer to independent agent after 7 years. Companies we represent do not have huge advertising expense therefore your opportunity to be matched with best company is much better. There are many variables used in auto rating. No two people will be alike. Biggest tip I can give to insure you get lowest cost - improve your credit score. Someone with an 850 score could pay $1,000. Someone with 650 score with similar car and profile $2000. This is often main reason someone has realized a savings when switching companies. Their score has been going up and current company hasn’t checked it for years. BTW Michigan is ONLY state offering Unlimited Medical in their auto insurance and that is why it is the highest cost. 90% of my clients choose Unlimited Medical.
I make it a rule to never buy insurance from a company (Geico, Progressive) that spends more on advertising in a year than the US government "gifts" to Ukraine.
My situation is COMPLETELY different from all that BS. First of all, I simply do not buy new cars. I did once, back in 1987, and seriously regretted it. The payments and crazy full coverage insurance ruined 5 years of my life. That was also the last time I bought a car from a stealer dealer, and I will never go near another one of those. I strictly buy used cars from private sellers. I only buy cars at least 20 years old, and as time goes by, my cars will get older. I am currently driving a 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis, which I bought about 7 years ago, with 47,000 miles on it, for $7200. I'm still driving it, now with 218,000 miles on it. So far, repair cost has been under $500 (parts only, I am a mechanic) It is extremely unlikely I would ever buy anything newer than that. I want nothing to do with the guaranteed to fail TRASH technology they are putting on newer cars. I will likely just replace the engine/transmission/whatever it takes to keep my current car going, or buy another one just like it with fewer miles. And because the monetary value of such a car is so low, I have only ABSOLUTE MINIMUM insurance. Only what my state requires in order to legally drive it. No comprehensive, no collision, no glass replacement, no uninsured/underinsured motorist (I have medical insurance) no towing (I have a separate plan for that) and I am the ONLY covered driver. I am 63. Perfect driving record, own my own house, credit score of 837. My insurance rates are significantly lower than anything you listed, and I use a well known company. I could save even more, but I refuse to deal with a no name company with no customer service and could go out of business at any time.
The best way to find out which dealer is offering the lowest prices, regardless of make and model, is search your zip code and comparison shop at quotes.everymandriver.com
@@JustMe99999 Unfortunately you have to accept some risk. It would be real easy to spend thousands of $$$ a month on car insurance, and it might still not be enough. Not even a fairly wealthy person can afford to do that. I cannot be sued, at least not for very much. All of my assets, at least everything of any real value, are in an irrevocable trust, meaning they are not really mine, legally anyway. I can't sell them, but I can use them. They will go to my kids upon my death, or permanent confinement in a nursing home. I am 63, and have never had an at fault accident in my life.
I had Farmers for 18 years, my premiums declined as both me and my new truck got older. As my long time agent retired and I went to a new agent, my premiums did the opposite and when I went to another new agent the premiums continued to rise. I'm still driving the same truck, and Farmers tried raising my premiums 25% this year to $199/month. That's not how you treat a long time loyal customer with a clean history. I had enough and went shopping for the first time, and everyone was cheaper. I ended up settling on State Farm who said we'll give you more benefits, a lower deductible for $65/month, only catch is you have to use the Drive Safe and Save app. A $27/month savings is worth using the app. This taught me a valuable lesson, and if State Farm ever does what Farmers did, I won't hesitate to leave because it seems like customer loyalty is a thing of the past.
I did a significant amount of due diligence, looking at 12 companies getting quotes and looking at the ratings of each, State Farm was near the low end of pricing and had the higher rating, so I went with them. The only place rating better was USAA, and I'm not eligible for them.
Farmers is one of the highest rated auto insurers for consumers, yes they are a little spendy. Your prices rising had less than nothing to do with your agent. What likely happened is that the cost of providing insurance went up due to volume and frequency of claims, increased replacement value of cars on the road in your area, higher volume of accidents occurring in your area, etc. Farmers does look at credit score in a big way, so if your credit tanked, that makes a huge difference.
@@AG-iu9lv Ask my mom loyal Farmers customer for over 30 years she just left them this month because she found out they were billing her $1,000 every 6 months for me living in the house where her car insurance was registered to despite the fact that I've never touched her vehicle and apparently they did it a few years ago after I canceled my Farmers policy. The sad part is they didn't need to do that but the agent elected to not disclose this stuff till she decided to leave. So I blame Farmers and the agent. Farmers for gouging the consumer and the agent for doing their own gouging.
GEICO always seems to have the cheapest quotes but also the absolute worst customer service. I just decided that saving a few dollars (around $200) just wasn't worth the stress of dealing with them. When I do my annual assessment checkup, I don't even bother to get a quote from them anymore.
I called them to cancel my policy. They wanted my policy # but I was in the hospital. She said that's the "only" way she could look me up. I'm sure if I wanted to make a payment she would've found me in a snap second
Progressive is terrible, my son had an accident over a year ago fender bender they paid out a 1000 claim to the other driver for a no fault accident. The rates went up astronomically for young people just starting out it's unaffordable. They are unforgiving.
Monthly insurance payments should be illegal. Pay in full should be mandated, so the pain of overpriced products like insurance can be fully appreciated.
I find it interesting that people give advice about insurance cost, underwriting criteria, quality of the companies, their claims practices, etc. when it’s obvious to a trained, educated, insurance professional that these people have no idea what they’re talking about and their advice is usually dead wrong. It’s kind of like a layman giving legal advice when they’ve never been to law school. I’m retired but I owned an insurance agency and was in the business for 38 years. Insurance policies are legal contracts and are highly regulated by state insurance departments. Companies cannot arbitrarily raise rates, state departments of insurance must grant rate increases and the individual companies must prove to the state insurance departments that increased rates are necessary to insure the companies solvency and thus their ability to pay claims. I have 6 1/2 years of formal college level courses in Insurance and risk management, from the American Insurance Institute, in order to obtain the designation of Certified Property Casualty Underwriter as well as Accredited Advisor in Insurance. If you want insurance advice ask a qualified insurance representative because your friends and neighbors don’t know any more about insurance than you do. If your agent has no professions designations then you might want to consider finding one that does. Captive agents represent a single company such as State Farm, Nationwide, and Allstate. These are all fine companies. Independent agents represent multiple national companies such as Safeco, State Auto, Hartford, Travelers. etc. That gives them the ability to shop your insurance with multiple national companies to find their customers the best price with a quality national insurance company.
I had Geico but now that my policy is up for renewal they are giving me a hard time. I live in California and don't have any accidents or a ticket in over 10 years. I hear they don't want to insurance California drivers anymore so I just left it alone. I got good quotes from other auto insurance companies and got an exceptional driver discount but they want me to pay the full policy now. The agents tell me that everything is changed now for California. I can't afford to pay a full policy up front. No more monthly payments. this sucks especially that I am a good driver.
Cost of insurance is usually main reason when deciding on a company. Service may not be what you would hope it to be. If you can find an agent that represents Auto-Owners insurance they have consistently received JD Power awards for claim service. Found them to be very fair and user friendly. Another tip - if you want original parts for repair request it up front when adding a car. It is usually an option with most companies and an additional charge. Keep in mind, getting certain parts can increase car repair delay. Most companies car rental expires after 30 days.
I have had three auto claims with Auto-owners - hail damage, a collision with an uninsured at-fault driver and a collision with an animal. All claims were settled very quickly and I have received settlements that exceeded what i expected. They are a great company.
Avoid Progressive! After nearly 20 years with them, they automatically added my underage child to my policy and charged me nearly $1000. They told me that was their policy and it was up to me to prove that my underage child wasn't driving by submitting an exclusion form. Even after that, they only cut the bill down to $600. I fought with them for months and finally ended up leaving them. They stole $600 from me for insurance coverage on a child who doesn't even have a permit!
Interesting video! I'm sort of a geek and my favorite college class was statistics. I'm betting the cheapest rates for minimum coverage are greatly skewed by what a particular state requires for minimum insurance. Uninsured motorist, things like free windshield repair/replacement, deductable, comprehensive on your vehicle...
Falcon insurance is so disrespectful and unreliable and I don't recommend, they sent me a potential cancellation of benefits only for trying to replace my broken windshield...& It's was included in my policy
Define "Full Coverage". Seems like if you ask 5 people what Full Coverage means, you'll get 5 different answers. Stats don't mean much if you don't know what you're getting for your money.
I am P&C licensed. I consider full coverage to be liability, comp/collision, um/uim, and PIP. Towing and rental is a great idea, too, unless you have an extra car for emergencies. Even then, it's so cheap I still carry it, myself.
I believe all this has changed, since then because. I've got a teen and twenty year old driver. Both cost a lot living in Texas. Plus all the stuff if you go paperless and track your driving. A little nosey their getting with you driving now on how we are driving on the road.
It’s a shame that every 3 to 4 years I have to switch insurance. Another thing, if you do have a claim can you get a live person or just an animated computer.
Just dropped liberty mutual. They where charging me triple for the state min coverage. I would have been in serious liability trouble if I had an accident. It feels criminal that they can overcharge so much. I work full time and can barley afford my bills and food
Insurance is a scam in my opinion. They hire tons of statisticians (actuaries) that know the odds for every problem you can have. They take your money and bet you won't have a claim. You're betting against the house that you'll have a claim. It's a big casino and you are the sucker. At least with casinos there are laws that say casinos have to give a certain percentage back in winnings.
USAA has been good for me. Ditched Geico years ago, they said I had claims historically so my rates would be higher. I had a windshield and break in passenger window repaired 10 years prior. That was too many claims for them. Now, for business a CT we use USAA but goes thru Progressive. So far no problems.
Novice question here, when is the best time to switch providers?? Do you have to finish your term with your current insurance provider before switching to a new one??
I switched from State Farm to Allstate, they asked for and I provided state farm with my policy info. A few months later I started getting calls from collection agencies. State Farm turned me over to a collection agency. I explained and a few months later another collections agency representing State Farm again started calling. State Farm SOLD my account to 3 separate collection agencies on 3 occasions despite my having insurance with Allstate, that they could easily verify, that I provided them proof of. The last one was angry at ME, saying I owed THEM at least 10% as THEY HAD PAID STATE FARM FOR MY DEBT insisting that even though I had proof, I legally owed them for what they had paid State Farm.
You probably have a high credit score average of around 700!! This helps you. This should NOT be used in tabulating insurance premiums, but Florida is one of seven states that pull this bullshit game!! Rhode Island,New York,Texas,Washington state,Pennsylvania and Colorado play this bullshiit game too!!
I have USAA auto insurance which just went up $36.00 more per month. I live in Florida and apparently they just changed the laws making it more expensive for car owners. Of course two hurricanes in a little overza month didn'.t help. More increases in auto claims from flooded out vehicles.
How does Esurance rate? One month ago I had was rear-ended. The person who hit me was insured by Esurance. Been trying to contact the company but the person handling the claim is always "working from home." Leaving a message and sending e-mails gets no responses. Finally I got to talk to a person there who said they did not have the police report of the accident. I sent it to them. Also was told the person who hit me had a maximum property damage coverage of only $15,000. My got the worst damage of the three vehicles involved in the accident.
$15,000 property damage is the minimum legal requirement in most states. I don't see anything wrong with that. Many people drive without insurance because they simply cannot afford it, but still have to get to work, stores, doctors, etc. I will never own a car worth more than $15,000. I have minimum liability insurance. Most of my assets are part of a trust, meaning they are untouchable. My income comes from a trust, which means it is also untouchable. Which means that I am worth virtually nothing, which makes me lawsuit proof. If I chose to drive an expensive vehicle, it should be my responsibility to insure it. Being poor should not prevent you from owning and driving a car.
I feel this was one of those Clickbait videos because it certainly wasn’t about the topic And you spoken such generalities it just wasn’t fair I’m sorry

I will note this video is providing misleading information regarding car insurance cost throughout the country. He is quoting averages based on statistical data. The chances any one person would be able to obtain the quoted rates are highly unlikely. Insurance rates are highly regulated by state insurance departments. Each companies cost for insurance is determined by their states insurance department. If you think insurance is too expensive complain to your state insurance department because they are the ones that approve what individual companies charge for insurance.
That DUI will stay on your record for 7 years; unless you tell them upfront about it, when the insurance company pulls your record and sees it, you'll get a revised bill.
Forced car insurance is Completely unconstitutional. 4th amendment guarantees your right to travel. No politician has the authority to force you to buy ANY product or service.
So you are okay with someone totaling your car and putting you in the hospital and then smiling while saying, “sorry bro. I got no insurance. Hope it all works out.”
So what insurance do we need to avoid?

It’s a tax by another name.
The general public often believes the number of drivers affects the cost of the policy. Age, gender, and driving record is all that affects auto rates, and the type of vehicle being insured.
Smells like a REALLY good lawsuit 👀
Can you say George Souris
When you get in an accident (either not your fault or your fault) you know if your insurance company is good or not.
Where are the companies to avoid listed ???
I went with The Hartford from State Farm. I saved $35 a month vs State Farm with the same coverage...
I went with The Hartford from GEICO which I've been with for 50 years. That's right 50 years. I saved around $800 on two cars.

Hey man. When you need medical, you NEED it. I would totally get unlimited medical if it was offered in my state. Instead I carry um/uim and PIP
I make it a rule to never buy insurance from a company (Geico, Progressive) that spends more on advertising in a year than the US government "gifts" to Ukraine.
Oh, so you're making this political. Got it.
@@everymandriver He is just stating how the US government is supporting nazis..........

What if you have an at-fault accident and kill someone? You need more than state minimum insurance to protect yourself.
@@geraldscott4302 Your situation is unique; for most people, buying state minimum insurance isn’t a very sound decision from a risk perspective.
All states and State Farm are the worst when it comes to paying claims .. they give you big rub around and they are expensive.
I suggest shop around now. State Farm, progressive, geico=shit
My husband drove for a living, major miles with increases accidents. The company we found worst in handling claims was Geico
GEICO always seems to have the cheapest quotes but also the absolute worst customer service. I just decided that saving a few dollars (around $200) just wasn't worth the stress of dealing with them. When I do my annual assessment checkup, I don't even bother to get a quote from them anymore.
The worst is Liberty mutual
I called them to cancel my policy. They wanted my policy # but I was in the hospital. She said that's the "only" way she could look me up. I'm sure if I wanted to make a payment she would've found me in a snap second
Which Auto Insurer do you have Dave?
People stay away from Progressive auto Insurance biggest crooks out there.
Progressive is terrible, my son had an accident over a year ago fender bender they paid out a 1000 claim to the other driver for a no fault accident. The rates went up astronomically for young people just starting out it's unaffordable. They are unforgiving.
I have USAA and I had Geico, Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Farmers Insurance previously.
USAA insurance products are limited to those with a qualifying military relationship.
Independent agents represent multiple national companies such as Safeco, State Auto, Hartford, Travelers. etc. That gives them the ability to shop your insurance with multiple national companies to find their customers the best price with a quality national insurance company.
i work for geico and all this info is correct 🔥
Perfect!
Is Drive Easy a scam?
What is JD Power?
A public relations firm?
I have had three auto claims with Auto-owners - hail damage, a collision with an uninsured at-fault driver and a collision with an animal. All claims were settled very quickly and I have received settlements that exceeded what i expected. They are a great company.
I have a claim going on 2 years for water damage in house. They sent out an intimidating fast talking scheister to scare me into dropping claim
@@Bone89 You should contact the insurance commissioner n your state and see what t takes to file a claim of "Acting in bad faith."
I been with GIECO since 1984 no complains.
Drive Easy?
Avoid Progressive! After nearly 20 years with them, they automatically added my underage child to my policy and charged me nearly $1000. They told me that was their policy and it was up to me to prove that my underage child wasn't driving by submitting an exclusion form. Even after that, they only cut the bill down to $600. I fought with them for months and finally ended up leaving them. They stole $600 from me for insurance coverage on a child who doesn't even have a permit!
Watch out for the word "state".
There's really no such thing as "full" coverage, but it generally means you have both 1st party and 3rd party coverages.
Yes Allstate is the worst insurance company out there
Just dropped liberty mutual.
Avoid Progressive at all cost. a total rip off.
USAA has been good for me. Ditched Geico years ago, they said I had claims historically so my rates would be higher. I had a windshield and break in passenger window repaired 10 years prior. That was too many claims for them. Now, for business a CT we use USAA but goes thru Progressive. So far no problems.
USAA was out of sight for me. Got it for a fourth of what they wanted for full coverage.
So who did u go with then?
Very good feed into Insurance costs and providers! Thanks and God Bless.
Novice question here, when is the best time to switch providers?? Do you have to finish your term with your current insurance provider before switching to a new one??
Not sure, it’s a personal choice.
Who do you have insurance with at $108.00 per month

For my wife and myself, State Farm beat them all, including USAA. We live in Fl.
I'm surprised Liberty Mutual isn't on that top list.
USAA is Cheaper because they AVOID honoring Claims.
Car insurance has gone whacko. They know you must have insurance, so why not take your last dime.
