We went for a drive out to Mudgee some years ago. I remember it being a bit of a one-horse town. It's looking quite gentrified now, however. I wonder if it's had a population boost with Sydney-siders doing a Covid tree-change? We're on property between Glen Innes and Tenterfield on the Tablelands and there has been a noticeable influx of new people in the last twelve months. Again, the Covid tree-change thing.
I agree with you on the fast population increase and development of Mudgee. This is my second visit to Mudgee with the first one being 10 years ago. At that time, it was a one horse town with much fewer activities. During Covid, I did hear many stories about tree change to small towns.
Thanks for a great video it's now on my list. If you get the chance try out Air North's Embraer 120 . They use it on Darwin - Katherine - Tenant Creek- Alice Springs
Thanks mate for the great information. Indeed, I am looking for chance to try out ERJ. For this 787 flight Sydney to Gold Coast, I only paid A$55 plus extra $20 to select a forward seat just to be next to engine. I bought it just the night before flight.
What a lovely little airport! I thoroughly enjoyed that & would actually take the flight, just for the experience. Many thanks for sharing!
Love the GoPros on the windows lol 😂
Thanks for watching. Suction cup + mount makes my life a lot easier.

This airplane is definitely a beauty.

Flypelican is so small with just five Jetstreams. But it is very unique experience.
@@DrBearAviation Well done
Sorry it is 120, a turboprop. It is even more attractive.
Frank was right.
