Flathead Catfish, Crappie and Bass - Spearfishing - Scuba Diving - Lake Ouachita, Arkansas: We decided to camp out on Tompkins Bend Campground on Lake Ouachita and do some spearfishing. We spearfished enough fish to feed the folks at camp and then some. Lake Ouachita water visibility wasn't all that good last weekend, but we still made a go at it and speared some great tasting fish.
