This is a film about a visit to the fabulous Israeli Air Force Museum. The Israeli Air Force Museum is located some 6kms west of Be'er Sheva in the Negev Desert adjacent to the Hatzerim Airbase and the Kibbutz Hatzerim.
The Israeli Air Force Museum is found in the open expanse of desert at the Hatzerim Air Force Base, with the warplanes and training planes occasionally flying above the museum providing all round great experience.

This would be the great "Spirit of Shackleton" 18 day cruise on G Adventures' MS Expedition to the Falklands, South Georgia, Elephant Island and the Antarctic Peninsula (ua-cam.com/video/ZzUJKdMBy0U/v-deo.html). I found this cruise to be excellent and so have returned to the Southern Ocean twice since then.

I learnt to fly in that particular Auster Autocrat when it was owned by the Fairey Aviation Flying Club. Its registration was G-AHAY and was based at White Waltham airfield, Berkshire, UK. I'd like to know how it got to Israel. Squadron leader Keith Monson was one of my instructors and a Major Brandon was the other, happy days.

Looks like that IAI Westwind was testing the radar on a MiG-21.

The sign in front of the aircraft says "IAI purchased an Aero Commander in May 1982 for experimental flights with the IAI Lavi's radar."
The IAI Westwind 1123 was based on the Jet Commander 1121. A version of the radar mentioned has been installed in upgraded MiG-21s.
Hummm.... Well that radome and intake cowl sure look like a MiG-21's not a Lavi. The Lavi's nose looks like an F-16 or a, Chengdu J-10.

Yes it does because it is a radome for a MiG-21. The radar developed for the Lavi was being adapted for use on upgraded MiG-21s.
You can see a IAI Lavi prototype on the left at ua-cam.com/video/ogXJfpoCGW8/v-deo.html looking similar to the F-16.

Nice vid, also very nice including those little videos too. Than canon at 7:20 is maybe a D1 howitzer, 152mm. But later that oerlikon is a russian azp-23, or a chinese copy.

It appears to be a 122 mm howitzer M1938 (M-30).
